Breakfast was simple. Not bad. The staff very good and professional.
The bathroom was clean but the plombing was atrocious. the bathroom door was broken. The bed not stable. One bright light in the room. Not pleasant at all

Breakfast was poor- nothing left out and a very small omlette when requested- I didnt bother after the first day
the swimming pool was green- a positive health hazard!

Very nice staff. Especially front desk lady and some housekeeping staff.
Broken furniture, water was leaking out of the AC and nothing was down to fix it, the fridge didn't really cool.
The only toiletries are shower gel...
Breakfast was basic, rationing of milk, no water to go with breakfast... A number of details were just not good enough for a 3 star hotel.
The location is quiet but nobody knows where it is, you can only find it with a map.

Room size and attentiveness of the cleaners. Dinner was also very reasonably priced and enjoyable.
Staff did not show me the facilities or where everything was and what was available at the hotel.

The location is quiet and serene. The room was clean and conducive. The surrounding is beautiful. The staff were very helpful and responsive.
The location is not exactly central. The lighting in the room could be brighter, faulty bulbs should be replaced asap. The breakfast menu could have less carbs and more protein. Juices offered were not fresh and tasted fermented. Food should be kept warm irrespective of when you come for breakfast. The cost of room service was ridiculous.

The staff were courteous and very helpful. The facility was clean, lovely decor, very comfortable bed and furniture, and services completely meeting my needs. I will surely stay there again.
