The hotel’s location is very convenient, just a few minutes from the International Airport, making it perfect for business & short stays. The staff are friendly and professional, ready to assist and ensure a pleasant stay….
The hallway needs some more TLC.

Had a lovely stay! The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The location is perfect — right in the center, making it easy to explore everything nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!
Honestly, there wasn’t anything negative about my stay! Everything was great.

Professional, friendly and capable staff from the Belhops to the Front Desk. A HUGE THANK YOU to Elizabeth(Front Desk) for her Friendliness and Professional acumen...The Breakfast was EXACTLY what I imagined it to be and more..KUDOS! Can hardly wait to return .....
I had a scheduled meeting with some Estate Agents a day before my return although all I asked for was the chance to discuss upstairs (sitting area), and lady behind the desk made a fuss by telling me that area(an open sitting area upstairs) was only meant for Conferences and Seminas. I stood my ground telling her all I wanted was to sit upstairs and discuss with my guests because the Piano Music and other guests at the bar downstairs, was not conjusive(too loud) for us. In the end she agreed but, the episode left a note so good impression on me.

The first thing that stood out ,was the courteouness of the staff,starting from Elisabeth who manned the front desk the day I arrived,to the Bellhops, the chambermaids and the staff of the in-house Restaurant.
The Breakfast buffet was assorted ( both European and Ghanian and could match that of any 5 Star hotel in Europe Hands down...CHAPEAU???.
And then the tastefully furnished ,welcoming Lobby that had a Grand Piano that was used to entertain guests in the evenings...KUDOS ????
One turning on the TV in my room I was directed to info's about the in-house restaurant and about the other next door to the hotel that served Ghanian Cuisine. As I had been in Accra for close to three weeks , I wanted to try some more delicious, traditional dishes. To my dismay, various Menus that had been constantly shown on TV, couldn't be ordered because, they were not available....

Hotel was old and needs restoration. Bathroom was not good. If you pay over $130 per night, you expect something better. Breakfast was so poor. Hardly found something to eat.

Very basic facility. Bathroom show leeks onto the floor. Floor constantly flooring. Bad lighting in corridors. Restuarant very poor.

Rooms are spacious and clean. However, the age of the hotel is starting to show with many fittings starting to come loose or broken (taps, shower head, door handles etc)
Trying to get documents printed was an absolute nightmare. The business centre is completely useless and might as well close down. The space would be better suited to anything else. Additionally, the hotel would not refund us 1 nights stay as we had to check out early due to changes in our work schedule. The person I messaged through the booking app was unapologetic and downright rude.

Stayed longer to check in because the room booked was not available and they have to look for another one that look like what I reserved. After 15 hours flight from the USA I don't have to wait more than 15 minutes to get to my room and rest.
