Room was clean and beds were comfortable, the WIFI signal was strong across the hotel and Breakfast was very lavish with great options for all tastes and cultures. the little restaurant/bar at the back of the hotel is a great place to eat and relax with great service and staff,
Price is quite high for the type of room, nothing special was included in a junior suite that would warrant over USD200 per night. the lobby area needs a redesign with more seating and organization that raises the benchmark for the hotel.

The Staff were very professional. Always ready to assist and very friendly.
The room we stayed in was quiet and up to my expectation for the price.
The food on the in the Restaurant - breakfast can be improved.
The variety for dinner was poor.
Room service is much better - meets the standard.

Convenient location to nearby family living in the area and not far from the airport. Nice variety of on site facilities.
Poor email communication with hotel reservations. I booked free cancellation with Booking.com up until day of arrival, but was told by the Alisa Hotel via email that I had to pay before arriving or that they couldn’t guarantee my reservation (which was guaranteed on Booking.com and not the policy). Mind you, payment was asked of me only after I contacted them first about setting up our airport shuttle pick-up.
When we did check-in for our confirmed 9 night stay, we were apparently only charged for 2 nights and found out about this when we returned to our room with our keys deactivated during our stay. When we went to the front desk, they said we were supposed to have checked out that day and that they were fully booked? Yet, they miraculously still had our room available for our booked dates. I’m not sure what the miscommunication is between Booking.com and this hotel is but it was very poor and confusing for us as guests.
Also, we ate at the new Oasis bar on our last night and it took more than an hour for our food even though we were the only table in the whole restaurant. We were almost late for our flight because of this.

Location and service
There wasn't a hair dryer in our room, and we couldn't only get lukewarm, not hot, water in the shower. Room 3033

During my hotel stay in Ghana for the first time I particular enjoyed the warm welcome of the security guards and the customer services attendant, staff always greeted you with a smile, food was excellent the convenient location close to key attractions.
More lighting need to be in the room and the Air conditioning need to be maintained .. had to call once! Still wasn't functioning.

Great location. Quality of hotel rooms and dining.
The fridge in our room needs holders on door shelves and the shower drains very slowly.

Alisa is a very nice executive hotel in central Accra, close to the city centre and not far from Legon and the University. The room was spacious, and very clean. The staff was polite and helpful - very friendly. The breakfast is of great quality, for all tastes. The restaurant area for breakfast is very pleasant. There is an outdoor nice patio.
The room style is a little dated and it shows. That was a bit of a surprise given the rather high price! Most importantly the window was somewhat high and did not give enough natural light. The swimming pool was closed for construction. I ordered dinner from the restaurant of the hotel... hmmm, could be a lot better!
