The rooms are very spacious, very understanding, and friendly staff. I was given a late checkout, and that really helped me a lot as my flight was late in the night. Thank you!

Air-conditioning was good.
Bathroom. The handle of the shower stall was broken, the flush hardly worked and the shower didn't work either.

Great location, great staff, sizeable food portions. Close proximity to the airport. Affordability around the December period.
Rooms could do with refurbishment/maintenance or upgrade. It seems like this might not have happened for some time. For example, the taps in my shower incorrectly labelled so it seemed I didn't have hot water when actually it was labelled as cold. I'm definitely not the first to have stayed there so seems strange that I would be the first to have raised this.

hmm - breakfast lacked variety as a vegetarian
the wardrobe door handle broken
shower was an issue but we were moved to another room
food in general was an issue, ants on the table annoying
bedroom side table was broken strip of wood was coming off it
