The hotel was far from the airport. It took a long time to locate. There was no elevator. I was forced to use the stairs inspite of my knees pain. The staff were were not friendly nor helpful.

Staff was the best but under construction and the gym not working.
The staff made me feel welcome and safe, they provided very good recommendations to move around. My room was big and comfortable, spotless clean. The food was good and I found new and interesting flavours.
I was there for work and the conference room was good.
There was construction going so it was a bit noisy, the gym was not working, you could go, but not a nice place to work out (dark, no AC and with a lot of dust). Maybe when you are there the construction is over and you can enjoy your stay even more.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable.
