The room was comfortable & clean. The staff were friendly, polite & attentive all staff front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, all very nice. I even received an unexpected delicious treat sent to my room thanking me for my stay at Airport View Hotel.

The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed their breakfast every morning. The rooftop became one of my absolute favorites- It was nice to relax and enjoy the food when I had friends visit.
The hot water was not working correctly, so I had to bathe cold water for 2 days. The standard room was a bit smaller than anticipated- I only had one spot for my luggage and had to move my second luggage around so many times just to get space.

I liked the location
The reception staff I met on June 10 were wrong on the procedure. She decided to hand in my room key to the concierge before even telling me the room number of the floor. She asked me to follow him, I said NO. Then I asked her to that this is not how you do things, you have to tell me first and I should agree or disagree of taking the room you are suggesting. I then asked her to, she said the room is on the 1st floor, I said, are u serious? I asked her to change me to another floor, she did it, but she became cold with me until the end of my stay. Whenever she could see me, she did not greet me at all.
