The staff was amazing and went over and beyond for us. Our room was over booked and we was given the Executive room which was amazing. We extended our check out to 1900 hrs and paid extra, which was very reasonable. The breakfast had a very good selection of food and catered well for vegetarian (me). I loved the bed mattress which was very firm. The room was a good size. Loved the outside terrace, which the views was lovely, being on the top floor.
The bedroom was a little dark. Needs more lighting. The side of the bath was a little wide and you had to stretch over your leg to get out of the bath/shower. I had to hold on to the side to have stability.

I like the location and proximity to my area of concern - the Canadian VAC centre. Generally easy to move around to the Accra Mall and Osu area.
Some of the amenities, such as the air-conditioner needs some repairs, as it was not always effective and it was noisy, especially at night.
Secondly and the most thing that marred my experience was the first impression from the receptionist on Sunday night when we arrived.
She insisted that we make full payments and in US Dollars even when I tried explaining that I have to collect my money from my Office Standard Chartered Bank in the morning. I am sure payments at hotels generally could be done in foreign or local currency. And deposits could be made , as we were staying for 3 nights and there is no way we could run away.
She insisted that we should make full payments in USD on the spot.
We felt she was prejudiced because we were black Africans....there is no way she could have behaved in that manner to people of another skin color.
After making full payment $600 , she started picking out each dollar saying those made in 2009 were not acceptable due to their Bank of Ghana regulations, when no notice was posted for customers to read....found this very unpleasant and unwelcoming.
First refused to wait till the next day for Cedis to be collected and bills paid for, insisting on foreign currency payments and refusing to accept certain years. Very unpleasant experience that could have resulted in a huge embarrassment if we didn't have enough funds on hand, after traveling all the way

Generally, everything was okay. Not outstanding.
Not able to cater for vegans. This can be improved. Also, delays in response when asking for room and it never arrived on two occasions.
