The facility is lovely, the apartment is clean, smells lovely and is cozy. Comfortable, fairly priced and modern apartment. They provide sufficient drinking water for guests. And let me not forget, the shower was my favorite thing in the apartment. Well worth the money you pay for a night's stay
The key collection and hand back process was not good. The reception does not take the keys and the person designated to collect the keys nor cleaning crew were there on time to receive the keys. Quite inconvenient

Make sure TVs are working, have hosts walk through with guests functioning of all equipment etc...

We stayed at the signature and we totally enjoyed our stay. It was so comfortable and peaceful. Prisca really made our stay seamless and great! She’s such a sweet soul. Cant wait to be back here.

Is alot to say but will leave it alone one thing for sure we are very going there again.we wanted to stay for a month but ended up checking out straight to Cape coast.

The apartment was nice and clean. The security was automated which made it very safe.
My stay included breakfast. My expectation would be continental where One would have different options. However, breakfast was delivered on a take away box with a different options from menu I have to select every-time. It would be more convenient if guests would have a place like restaurant where they can have continental breakfast with many options.

It was decent. Nothing overly estatic about the property or location. If I were to come back I’d find a different location. All the places I had to uber too were about 15-20 minutes away.
Number one - whatever the front desk lady is who worked the buildings entrance shift Monday, June 23 at 4:00 pm is RUDE. In fact she’s the sole reason I left a 1 star review. Customer service is everything and I can spend my dollars somewhere else. I’ve had to ask for wifi in the common area because none exists. She gave me a bad attitude the first few times I asked. To alleviate having to ask I’ve ordered my uber in the room. Unfortunately when I did that the uber driver shows up at a different location. And because I lose service I can’t call or text him. The staff member proceeds to tell me “ I cannot use the WiFi every-time. There’s WiFi in the room and I am done”. No lady you’re done. Hope you lose your job. And I’m filing a complaint. Take my USD where they are appreciated. Not sure if she realizes there’s hundreds, quite literally hundreds of Airbnbs and I don’t have to choose yours! Nor will I ever. Few other qualms. Cleaners knocking on the door daily during sleep times is a bit annoying. Bathroom lighting is terrible. For makeup girlies. There’s no shower caddy or wash towel.
