The property was in a great location. Staff were VERY accommodating & helpful. 24 hr room service & bar. Pool was nice and there were life guards. There were local vendors in the lobby whom you could purchase goods from.

The hotel has a great breakfast. The location is very good. The night manager was very helpful and provided solutions, but I cannot say the same about the staff (in detail below).
The staff is rude and unhelpful.
I had a shower (and I mean the entire shower, with the nails that held it in place) fall on me, and the AC did not work. No one offered an apology or a room change to address the issues. At one point, one of the receptionists laughed at me because the shower fell on me, in spite of it being a dangerous situation. I was only offered a room change after numerous complaints to staff and getting to speak to the manager.
