Breakfast could be more exciting but the hotel is really good value for money so we cannot complain

After confirming my booking the hotel informed me that they do not have free room!? So I was unable to stay with them which caused me to change my plans. I required my money back but they did not answer.

This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had (and I've probably had at least 100 lodging experiences). The number of situations that made me extremely angry is very large. I am writing about 3 remarks (actually, there were at least three times more). 1. I paid for a room with a terrace and did not get a room with a terrace (I got a cheaper room and did not get a refund for the price difference). On two occasions I was lied to at the reception that I would get a room with a terrace tomorrow. That tomorrow never happened. 2. Meals are a separate story. First, they kicked me out of the first breakfast on the grounds that I didn't pay for the meals (which is not true, I paid with all the meals). After a lot of arguing with the man at the front desk, he finally realizes that I paid for all the meals after all. The meals are not unpalatable, but they are extremely small (scarce - like for 5-year-old children). Meal time has no reason. Lunch is from 14:00 to 15:00, and dinner is from 18:00 to 19:00. On the second day of my stay, while I was in the room, the receptionist came to my door at 18:10 and told me to hurry up for dinner. I immediately went down to dinner, and one of the cooks scolded me for being "late." I finished my dinner in less than 5 minutes (I ate it all, since the amounts of food are incredibly small) and saw this same cook lock the door and go home. The problem was that I didn't come to dinner at 18:00, but at 18:12. For the next two days, I did not go to a single meal, since it didn't make sense. Meals are not expensive - all three meals a day are around 12 euros. However, their real value is below 5 euros. 3. In the 4 days of my stay, my room was not cleaned even once (I only asked them to take out the garbage, but that didn't happen either).

Breakfast was terrible. We skipped all days.You can not take just one or 2 procedures or just visit a spa - you need to take medical treatment.

The bed was inconfortable, the breakfast was everything but healthy. I had a reservation but apparently the hotel was full. I paid with a room with a balcony and didn't get a balcony and was on the street side with all the noise.

Don't expect much: it is provincial hotel located in the second flour of commercial building, so, all street noise will reach your ears, the interior is ok, all the facilities were clean and as shown on the photos.
