Location
Decoration is outdated, photos are likely taken years ago when property was renovated.
Lights in the property are dim and harsh white which makes no sense for the place where you are supposed to rest.
Breakfast is not worth paying additional for (two boiled eggs and sausages)
Hotel is listed as 3 stars yet there is no mini fridge, no safe, no water. Had to go buy bottled water in the store and then ask receptionist to give a glass.
Slightly noisy, from the window you hear residents and the walls are fairly thin, you can hear either other guests and / or chatting coming from reception area.
Not complaining but underlining above points which can be fairly easily improved by the management of the property.

Its very beautiful, boutique. Amazing paintings. cozy feeling. The lady who run the hotel is very welcoming and kind.

The location was perfect. Easy access to the touristy areas , train and subway station. We arrived 3 am in the morning and the receptionist was waiting for us because the outside door was locked. So, it could be a better idea to inform them about your arrival like we did . The staff is friendly and helpful. Thanks.
The noise can be disturbing from other rooms due to the old style architecture of the building. The breakfast was not varied enough.

First of all, agents of reception are very friendly and helpful. The room was beatiful, decorated in traditional georgian style. The breakfast was generous in quantity.
Multiple dysfunctional equipments, including water evacation in the shower, soap dispenser. No fridge and hot water for tea/coffee (neither in our room nor in shared spaces) The breakfast was quite basic in products and repetitive along days.
