Beautiful location, room in general is good, but disgusting smell in bathroom ruined everything
Smell in bathroom. One pretty small for this big hotel indoor swimming pool. Swimming pool for adults and for children, so in reality it's for children. There sre so much of them, so loud, impossible to swim.
One sauna and one steam room (with disgusting smell).
Price in restaurant 2.5 times higher than in Tbilisi + 18% service + they directly asking about tips.
Hotel over over over priced. Comparing with the same price in Turkey, it's absolutely low level

Wonderful
Was our first honeymoon destination and it was such a great choice! Once they knew we are honeymooners they upgraded our room and sent us a delicious mini cake. Sofio and all the staff there were very friendly and professional. The room is great, specious and very clean. And the overall atmosphere is outstanding in December, with a lot of activities and food options to do. Definitely I’m coming back in Summer of Spring!

You want to Georgia! You have to visit this place. It’s not cheap but it’s worth every dollar you will spend here.
F&B Staff can be more hospitable and warm in their approaching. Front office team and housekeeping are very friendly. Quad bikes section tour guides and reception, fantastic bunch of people.

The place and staff were simply amazing. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding. The entire space had small pockets of discovery and seating which was tranquil, peaceful and outstanding.
Everything was perfect. however the only complaint if at all was a small area of the wall where the room paint was chipped

1.The check out policy.
I have check in around 18:00 pm and they day after they offer me check out late until 13:00. I understand their policy however, the kids couldn’t enjoy it all as they’re smash from rads trips.
2. The Georgian restaurant at the resort:
The food was not good I have ordered chicken soup and chicken BBQ however, wasn’t the best.

Our first visit to this exceptional property — and certainly not the last.
From the very first moment, the hotel feels like a picture-perfect destination, where every corner is thoughtfully designed and truly breathtaking.
The breakfast was extremely generous, the rooms impeccably spotless, spacious, and beautifully styled. The entire property was decorated for Christmas, adding a festive, elegant, and joyful atmosphere that made the stay even more special.
A heartfelt thank you to the spa team — especially Maggie, for her warm, generous hospitality, and Natalia, whose kindness, intuition, and professionalism made the experience an absolute pleasure.
The wine tasting tour was one of the highlights of our entire trip to Georgia, thanks to the wonderful and highly knowledgeable Anastasia. Her patience, intelligence, and kindness turned the experience into something truly mesmerizing.
IKE Restaurant deserves special recognition — exceptionally high-quality, fresh food. Simply outstanding. The service was impeccable; Nina, the manager, was welcoming and attentive, and her entire team treated us with genuine care. A special thank you to Eti, our wonderful waitress — an absolute delight.
The reception team was consistently kind, helpful, and generous, assisting us with everything we needed throughout our stay.
We cannot wait to return — we’ve been left with a lingering desire for more.
Thank you to the entire Lopota team for an unforgettable experience.
Unfortunately, the Slavic bath was closed during our stay, but the wide variety of other excellent facilities and activities more than made up for it.

The property is beautiful. The rooms are big, there are towels, bath robes and slippers. There is a coffee machine and an electric kettle in each room. The balcony with lake view is quite majestic.
We really enjoyed the wine tasting.

You cannot connect to Netflix from the TV, which is not a smart TV
An HDMI cable and a laptop are needed
The ice skate ring was broken and we didn't know in advance about it

Lots of facilities and well kept. We loved Christmas market and all the effort the facility goes into .
I would recommend getting upgraded baby chairs for the food area and to provided baby cribs for free to families especially since kids under 5 years old don’t even pay.
