We like the room it is bigger and it place 3beds in the rooms. Ideally for family or groupings. The host Susana is very nice and friendly. She gave my wife a fresh flower rose from her garden when we checked out. Highly recommend this property. And definitely stay again when we landed in Kutaisi in the future trips.
Because winter, so a little bit cold in the other part of the property. But there is a cooler in the bedroom and in the ketchin. So everything just fine.

It's a nice place when you need to cheaply accommodate a big company of people. Nice location, friendly owner and beautiful yard.
It's very dark inside, the low ceiling (I mean really low). It's a really old building with strange decisions (lack of ventilation or light) regarding the bathroom, shower, and kitchen.
When you come with a company of people who know each other it could be not comfortable so what if you rent a single room and stay with strangers? I'd call the place more like a hostel. Well, we didn't expect much but it was worse than expected.
It seemed like the owner was afraid that we would leave with no payment and asked to do it in advance a couple of times.

This is a huge house with a really beautiful entrance. It is a bit old fashioned but it is big enough to host a big family since it has a lots of rooms.
It was a bit dusty. The day we arrived, there was an electrical black out in the city so we did not have electricity (not owners fault)

Exceptional host and great location. Our flight kept getting delayed further and further, we didn't end up arriving until 4.30am, the host stayed up for us and was very kind. Location is very close to the centre. Apartment is very big with multiple bedrooms and beds.
