I stayed in this apartment for 46 days in November and December of 2024. Usually with such a long stay some type of problem with an apartment appears - but not here. Everything was outstanding. If by luck you find this apartment available then you should book it!.....Friendly and helpful host, clean, quiet, full kitchen, great views.....The heating unit provided warmth throughout the apartment.....The power in Borjomi goes out too often. But the heater and stove in the apartment run on gas. So if you have a SIM card and a head-lamp then you should be set.....There's a colony of friendly street cats that will come to visit. Don't let them sneak inside but do feed them outside.....Location is a fairly steep but short walk uphill from central Borjomi.....I've stayed in several apartments in Borjomi and this Mariko apartment is the best one that I have found.

This is a really nice apartment - the best I have come across in Borjomi. And I've stayed in maybe 10 lodging options in Borjomi over the years...Spacious, including the bathroom. A single bed in the main room and a double bed in a separate room. The heating unit worked really well...Full kitchen including portable range and large fridge...Clean, quiet and amazing view...Good lighting...Communicate with the owner via the booking.com messaging feature and she will meet you for check-in.
To me, the map seemed a bit off as to the location on Saakadze Street. But just head up Saakadze Street a little further than perhaps the map may indicate and look for 23 Saakadze Street on the building - you can't miss it.

A large apartment, with a balcony, there are many windows with natural light, there are cats in the yard, 5 minutes walk to supermarkets, one is very cheap and the other is open 24 hours, there is lighting in the alley from the apartment to the main street, the apartment is equipped as in the photos, the owner of the apartment lives in the house opposite, If you have a question or problem, you can contact her, in English with Google translation.

Mariko's apartment was very comfortable and had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. We really loved the balcony with the view to the valley. You are a stone's throw away from everything that Borjomi has to offer, yet in a very quiet corner of the town.

Superb little flat with a private terrace overlooking the mountains of the national park. The flat had everything we needed, it was spacious, and very comfortable. It’s an eight minute walk from all the shops, and twenty minutes walk to the national park administration. The owners were very friendly, and even gave us some homemade wine, which we really liked. Very good value for money. Can highly recommend this place.
