Wonderful
It's a little but well designed 2-storey flat. Downstairs there is a little kitchen, table and chairs and a comfortable armchair. Upstairs 2 single beds and chairs in the balcony. We stayed one night and did our laundry there quite nicely. The host was very helpful.
In the kitchen there are no useful dishes and utensils. If the kitchen is equipped with basic things, the flat will deserve 10.

Cozy and sweet appartment divided on two floors with a little balcony. Also equipped with a washing machine, ideal for longer stays. The whole family is very welcoming and helped us with any questions we had. Irakli also offers guided tours around Borjomi (e.g. to Vardzia) and has a very good knowledge of the area which he gladly shares in English. If you are staying in Borjomi I would definetly recommend this place.
