The woman who runs this guest house is the sweetest! She made me feel so at home and even brought me tea and fruit! The balcony is so peaceful and I loved staying here so much. It’s just a short walk to the town and Central Park, and is in a nice and quiet area.

Been in Georgia for 26 days now and this was my favorite Guesthouse. Love the property! Very nice lady host who wants to make sure you have a great stay. Very comfortable beds, great wifi, clean, nice bathrooms. Water boiler for tea/coffee, great location with beautiful views! Highly recommended! Thank you!

Very Good
The room has an outdoor space and a really beautiful view. The room is large and has a double and single bed. There is an outdoor little kitchen and fridge, the bathroom is simple but the shower is great and hot. And you can sit in the sofa enjoying the view. And if you like the lady of the house can make you delicious food. She doesn't speak english but with a translation app you come a far way. I felt really welcome and cared for.
The guesthouse is not far from town but it is located on a pretty steep hill. It's a tough climb each time... but you can always take a taxi off course.

It's a good strategic point regarding the surrounding trips in the National Park.
The host does not know English at all. It was very hard to escape his "hospitality" and to go to bed (before a long trip next day).

It is not possible for this country not to win your heart thanks to the people who will make you happy every moment. This accommodation will provide you with authentic contact directly with the Georgian family, who will do everything to make you feel comfortable. The housewife was very nice, she offered me their house wine, cheese and very tasty juice. Whenever I found myself in her house she brought me coffee with a cookie :) Even at my early check-out she has already in the morning welcomed with a smile with coffee in hand :) if it is 100% maximum then the family that has entertained I give 110 :) right people like her will show you what Georgia really is like and that you are the guest for whom they will always do their best. Thank you for a pleasant stay and for all the advice you gave me. I will remember you for a long time ❤️

The lady is nice and cheerful, gave me wine to enjoy during my stay. The toilet is very big. The room is cozy.
The location is very high that it takes a lot of time and effort to go up, unless if you have a car. The kitchen can only be accessed by going in to the other room where the care taker of the house lives.
