It’s a really beautiful landscape, the architecture is astounding, the staff is professional, helpful and motivated, I really enjoyed my stay.
The prices are waaay above level, and the rooms (at least the one I was in) need a make over, new carpets, maybe up to date Smart TVs and the bathroom needs more light, could hardly shave myself.

This was my 3rd visit and was so happy to enjoy such a beautiful place. They helped me switch dates after asking many times. Christmas day they wrote saying I can change. It was a miracle.
Be careful not to book wrong room. Its non refundable. But they still ended up helping me at check in. I dont like the prices. Too expensive for Georgia.

The hotel is located just at the entrance to the park and hotel guest can just enter showing their room key. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and spacious. Hotel facilities are exquisite: Pool, Spa area with saunas and spa treatments themselves are very high level. Breakfast is excellent as well - very large variety and great quality.

The staff are very friendly. The food is tasty. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. The location is perfect, beside the central park, and the hotel offers complimentary access to the park for their guests. The indoor pool of this hotel is awesome!
The only issue I mention with this hotel is the need for regular pest control. Although the room was very clean, there were many spider webs in the balcony. Additionally, there were ants in the room.

Air conditioning WAS NOT WORKING half of our stay, it was boiling in the room (+35 C outside). Unacceptable! Furniture is old, bed rests flaking on the sheets, not comfortable (see photo). All TV channels disappeared after first 2 days of stay. Nothing available to watch. Trying to get reimbursement, cause we paid high price for the services that have not been provided!

The only department I would distinguish for their outstanding job is the Food and Beverage Department! I would specifically mention the service supervisor at breakfast. He knows how to manage the communication with the customers, and his professionalism should be valued in the future.
I am grateful for my stay because the Borjomi region is unique! However, the greatness is far away from the Crowne Plaza Borjomi's technical quality and the professionalism of some of its personnel. I booked a long weekend from July 26 to 29, 2025, and selected the premium king room. To make a long story short, the hotel lacks air conditioning in public areas, including the large lobby, 24/7 fitness center, and expansive dining room. The A/C was dying in my room, and you wake up in the morning wishing to run! The most disappointing aspect of the story is the unprofessional behavior of some of the receptionists. When asked about the A/C issue, they lie to your face, claiming it is not off, or they make fake calls, pretending to look into it. They exhibit inappropriate temper, become defensive, and display passive-aggressive behavior, which is not the level of professionalism one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. I assume that many guests claim the same problem, and the front desk staff just don't know how to address it. After all, they are also very hot! I was not offered to be moved to a different room until the next Monday, when I had a productive and pleasant conversation with the GM and the deputy to the GM. I am grateful for their understanding and empathy, and I appreciate that they listened to my concerns. The room I booked, #127, should be out of order ASAP! Shame on the technical department for not checking the flooding in the bathroom where my daughter and I were walking on tip-toe in order not to fall. You can feel the water beneath the tiles! To top it off, the piece of the bathroom furniture decided to fall during the night, and thank God, no one was in the bathroom! This could have been a serious safety issue.

The location was great .
The location and staff were fantastic – truly the best aspects of our stay. However, the property itself is very old and poorly maintained. Our room had ugly, dirty carpets, a ripped bed frame, and a damaged TV frame. The balcony was filthy with insects, clearly never cleaned. Adding to this, the hotel seemed to be in an extreme "saving mode." The AC kept turning off, and the TV shut down every 45 minutes, which was incredibly disruptive. While we appreciate energy saving, these constant timers significantly impacted our comfort. Overall, great location and staff, but the very dated property and intrusive energy-saving measures need serious attention.

The location was great, the staff were super friendly, and the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere with delicious food.
The air conditioning in the room was poor, and the room itself felt old and not very clean. The hallways and lobby were uncomfortably hot, which made moving around the hotel less pleasant.
