She is truly the heart of this place—warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you need. Her kindness and professionalism made the experience unforgettable. Toilet and shower were decent, kitchen was a bit too basic, but we survived
Smell of mold in the kitchen and kids bedroom, only one fen for 2 rooms, we had to open the windows at night for air but because it was on the road there was a lot of noise and couldn't sleep till late, and in the morning the sun was strong again cause we couldn’t close the windows and curtains.

Lali is an amazing host, always kind and helpful. The house is very cozy and in a calm location. The apartments are comfortable and very nicely equipped, and it's just a short walk to the center of Borjomi.
I can hardly think of any improvements :-)

Friendly and welcoming staff Room is big with lots of space Windows have mosquito nets so you can open them freely for a nice breeze. Location is great, only 5 min walk across the bridge and you get to some of the restaurants, 5 min more to the main street.
Bad smell coming from the drains in the bathroom, usually when you use the bathroom tap. The bed is very creaky when you move around which isn't a big problem but just a bit annoying as it's rather loud.

Ms Lali, the owner, was very kind and lovely. We love the whole place and the garden so much. She might not speak English very well but she tried her best to explain everything in the room patiently and made sure that everyone understand everything. We booked the apartment-room with full kitchen which is very helpful. The location is great and quiet. Minimart and Central park is not far.
The room doesn't have air-conditioning system which we were not aware. It was our mistake but I wish it should be stated clearly in the room type that it is a fan room. It was hot during summer daytime but one fan for each bedroom is ok for colder nighttime.
