Akaki is a great host, the house is at a very peaceful location, and the apartment is maintained really well.
Nothing much, there wasn't a microwave oven available in the kitchen but that's pretty much it.

- clean big room with a private bathroom and balcony;
- shared fully equipped kitchen;
- fantastic view;
- friendly host
a bit far from the city centre, but walking is an excellent physical practice ;)

We chose two rooms and all the highest floor was ours. There is a quiet place to relax. And another plus for cat'o'therapy) three little kittens were very curious about us)
In one room there was a problem with the bath didn't properly work a water tap

Friendly people and not so bad price
Location - far away from Borjomi and it requires proper cleaning in the bathroom and/or renovation. Also we found some hair in bed
