I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming family-run hotel in the center of Batumi. The room was immaculately clean, and the warm hospitality from the owner, a lovely Georgian woman, made me feel right at home. The homemade breakfast was delicious (the menu for a hearty lunch), showcasing some fantastic local flavors. The hotel's central location was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance. Although I encountered a minor issue with the Google Maps address ( I think we fixed it), the hotel itself was well worth the stay. If you're looking for a great old-school experience, I'd definitely recommend this place. I'm going to stay here again.

The hotel is located not too far from the Town center and the old boulevard. The breakfast selection was also great.
It was difficult locating the hotel on the arrival date. Using the Bolt app or Google map, the address provided doesn't take you to the hotel. Also, there is no English receptionist to help with the direction when we were stranded and called the hotel for help.
Would be helpful if the image of the hotel building is updated to reflect it's current state, especially with the trees in front.
The hotel is too pricey for the available infrastructure, this is probably a Batumi trend though.

Hotel is in a quiet residential neighborhood very close to main Batumi's attractions, most of which can be reached 10-20 min on foot. There are numerous highly ranked places to eat from next door (to the hotel) eatery to wonderful cafes in the neighborhood. The owner prepares breakfast herself and it is fresh and varied (from bread and pastry selection to eggs and veggies). Instant coffee and teas available, too.
There are no elevators and entry into hotel begins with lights of stairs (take note of this, if you have mobility issues or traveling with very heavy luggage). My room was away from the street as I requested a quiet room, which the hotel kindly accommodated.
Great pressure in the shower, which had sliding and tightly closing shower doors. A small soap and shampoo provided. Linen are pristine white and there were also single use slippers provided. Overall, pictures uploaded on the website are accurate.
Owner of the hotel speaks limited English, so it was a little bit challenging to communicate or get answers to questions. Some areas of the room and hotel are showing wear and tear (chipped off vinyl flooring and wall paper). I was very surprised that there were not a single foreign language channels on TV, only Georgian and lots and lots of Russian propaganda TV stations. If you don't speak those two languages, then you don't need to bother turning TV on. Offering breakfast a bit earlier, presently it's served from 9-11, would be wonderful so that guests are able to start the day earlier when it is still cool temperatures in the morning (especially during hot summer month season).

The location was great as it was in the good distance from the city noise. The lady was really kind, pragmatic, and even provided us a breakfast box as we left very early - at 7 am for our train. Recommended stay!

This is a small charming hotel that we really enjoyed. We highly recommend it. There is a nice restaurant just on the opposite corner and it is walking distance from the beach.

A small hotel at a reasonable price in a central location. It was quiet, clean and pleasant.
My main issue was that the hotel didn't accept payment by card (said their card machine was broken) which caused me a lot of trouble as I rely on card payments and not cash for my travels. Although the room was clean - and I didn't mess it up - there was no room cleaning or bed-making during my 5 day stay
