The location is absolutely stunning and I consider it to be the most luxurious place in Bakuriani. I have rented a villa for five days and the staff has been exceptionally friendly. I want to express my gratitude to Zia for her outstanding care and attention to us.
I must point out to the management that Simon, the manager, is completely unfit for his position due to his lack of respect for the guests and unfriendly demeanor. How can a hotel of this size have someone with such poor qualities as a manager? When attempting to communicate with him, he rudely interrupts and shows no concern. It is imperative that the hotel management reevaluates Simon or provides him with extensive etiquette training. I have already checked out of the hotel, but I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I originally booked the villa for six days but later informed Simon that I only needed it for five days. Instead of accommodating my request, he deceitfully charged me an additional 15% tax and took my money. It is outrageous that he would take advantage of a situation like this. I did not even stay the full six days, so why would he demand this extra payment from me? It is clear that he is exploiting the guests. I urge you to reconsider his behavior. On a positive note, the rest of the staff were friendly and accommodating.

location is ok
The house is not worth the money. protruding wires, torn wallpaper, kitchen utensils that cannot be used. we couldn't cook, so we had to look for options in the evening, what to eat and where to eat. the rest was ruined, only negative emotions remained.
the pool turned out to be paid, although it is not indicated anywhere. there is a fireplace in the house, but the firewood is paid. and the amount was 40 GEL at first, and when we asked for half a bag, the whole bag cost 15 GEL.
There is one key to the house for six people! It's incredible! the additional key was refused.
and finally, a sleepless night because of a terribly creaky bed!
there were no disposable slippers in the house and I had to go to the reception, as no one answered the phone or hung up.
Naturally, we were not given ski passes, which they also stated in the description.
We were never able to get through to the reception desk, as they either did not answer or hung up.
we had to go there ourselves.
All the seats in the sauna were in terrible condition. there was untreated wood, which left a lot of splinters in all parts of the body.
the rest was ruined for the whole company.
and finally, the hotel did not have a payment terminal. either transfer from a Georgian account to a Georgian account or in cash. Again, nothing was said about this!

Staff , location , size of rooms and quality of sauna :)
Here is nothing what you need for cooking ( for family here would be some items plates , cups , glasses or something , no oven no microwave… ) we paid 720 georgian lari it’s approximately 250 dollar or so for one night ..

This apartment was the most uncomfortable place I've ever stayed in.
The bathroom had a unpleasant smell.
The bed was uncomfortably firm, leading to back pain and it produced disturbing noises in every move.

The house is very nice. Comfortable and spacious. They are in a great location next to the slopes. It has a nice private garden for the children to play in and space to park the car.
The staff in the hotel reception are not very helpful at all. When we arrived they told us we could only.pay cash, which is not stayed anywhere. The houses are not part of the hotel so you can not use the amenities- 50Gel charge to use the pool. There was no fire wood for the fire so we couldnt use it.

The hotel is located in a very nice place.
However, although the villas we stayed in were named after the hotel, they did not include hotel services. Although we announced that we would arrive at night, we waited for the key for an hour in the car at -10 degrees. We all got sick afterwards. When we booked the villa on the Booking.com site, all the services offered by the hotel were listed for the villas. However, at the reception, it was said that the villas are private property and do not include hotel services. They connected wifi later, there was no teapot in the kitchen, they gave it later, there was no hair dryer in the bathroom in any room. It was written there is a barbecue, but it did not exist. Even though we asked for it, they didn't give it. I can't say anything about the hotel, but it was not nice that they marketed private properties in this way with the name of the hotel.
