During my stay at Bakuriani Residence, I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The location was perfect, offering beautiful views and easy access to local attractions. I particularly enjoyed the cozy ambiance and the delicious food at the residence. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend Bakuriani Residence to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

apartments are equipped with all necessary items, linen, dishes, bathroom and kitchen equipment. They are tidy, new and comfort, on the last floor of 5-floor building, with a nice view onto the mountaines and slopes (and yes, with a balcony).
Also these apartments are pet-friendly, which is important for us. There is a vaccum-cleaner so you can clean up at any moment.
The host is positive, carefull and very client-oriented. Tamar, thank you! Everything was fine!

the appartament was very unclean, it was smelling of the cigarettes and the oven and the whole kitchen was dirty. the sope in the bathroom and the sponge in the kitchen was used.. we had to buy the specific paper to put it on the kitchen.. + the owner requested from us the price of bed linens, we were agreed that we will have our own linens, couldn’t use their ones. but when booking offered us the discount , the owner was not very happy about it, and required from us very rough to pay the price of linens. after all she requested from us to check out at 10 o’clock in the morning, when on the booking was mentioned the check out time 11 o clock. it was horrible communication with her.
