Water fountain to refill bottles and eco efforts. Restaurant was very good and they allowed us to have our dog by the table. Room very clean and bed comfortable. Staff were lovely.
Room was too hot and couldn’t turn heating down.

I have trouble sleeping with light and the curtains don’t block out that much daylight and the bed was quite hard.

Decent breakfast with good choice of diet.
Swimming pool was great for children to enjoy a swim in the morning.
Location is perfect for enjoying a nice sunrise luminosity in the (early) morning as the hotel is surrounded with vineyard.
Reception staff is very welcoming and very supportive for arranging activities in the region and providing advises for visits.
The room was advertised with AC and the system was down (not sure it is exceptional situation). Instead we had a fan in each room.
Room soundproofing is limited as we experienced for 30' at 8 am a dog continuously barking in one of the rooms close to ours. Not enjoyable wake up.
Hotel has no elevator ... and no support is provided by hotel staff to carry (heavy) luggage to the floors.

Dreadful maintenance of whole hotel. Room smelly very dated & Nora's advert! mould in bathroom, bathroom door rotten & disintegrating, toilet disgusting, floors sticky, holes not filled on curtain poles moved,door hooks & lighting changes. Pool area overgrown with weeds & pool not cleaned for some time (regardless of time of year)

Fine. If the weather had been warmer we might have spent time on the terrace with a book and a drink. It and the pool looked inviting.
Cramped room, but this was reflected in the price, so not a complaint.

Great return stay, stayed in June was as good as before, lovely staff, freindly, nothing is to much trouble, rooms were exactly the ones we had before, comfortable and very clean over looking where the bikes were parked safely, food was amazing and a very nice breakfast
Could not fault our stay, will be back again next year.
