Room was very clean and spacious enough for a couple. Shower was good quality, and the room felt very private. Really appreciated the free parking that was also behind a code protected gate, so that was fab.
Not the fault of the hotel, but there isn't really anything to do in the immediate area! It's a great base, but expect to walk at least 25 minutes to reach anything like a restaurant or bar.

This is a very basic modern hotel but well-run and clean. It is ideally situated for St Denis and Stade de France, being a short walk and then tram to St Denis Basilica. This is an excellent route to get to the Stade as you avoid the main transport routes and crowds. Other bonuses are easy access via autoroutes and parking. Breakfast was also excellent with home-made jams and scrambled eggs, far more variety than I expected.

1. The rooms were very clean and comfortable although our double room was very small and sparse of furniture. 2. The shower / bathroom was clearly newly renovated. 3. The outdoor space / garden with a few tables & chairs was very nice and appreciated 4. The car park was secured at night & it felt safe leaving our car there. 5. We were in walking distance of the tram and were able to visit central Paris fairly easily. 6. We were able to walk to the town St Denis (25 mins) & the Stade De France was also walking distance ( a further 25 mins).
1. Reception was closed overnight and so there was no receptionist available to speak to. This would have been hugely problematic if our room key card had failed to let us in through the locked gate or front door to our room for instance. 2. We stayed 2 nights and when we returned to our room on the second night after midnight - following a rugby game at the Stade De France, we found that our Air Conditioning had been switched off and we could not use it. There was no way to get it to work from our room & no one was available to speak to about this as reception was closed. We were a party of 6 adults and this was the case for all 3 of our rooms. It made for a hot and uncomfortable nights sleep as we could not leave the window open as we were all on the ground floor. 3. There was also an unpleasant damp smell in our bedroom - which was much more pronounced and obvious when the air con was not working. 4. I needed an Iron and the only one reception could lend me had uncovered wires coming from it and evidence that it had already burnt someone elses clothes so I couldn't use it. 5. Some of the outside tables in the garden were dirty and the grassy area we sat in was not well kept.

Very plain, no frills room and accomodation for 1 night. Staff were friendly and approachable.
Rather perturbed about the emails I've been receiving from hackers asking me to confirm payment details. Seemed genuine enough though fortunately prevented from any financial gain thanks to my bank.

The manager on duty was FANTASTIC, friendly and very efficient. Cared very much about HIS guests.
Fire alarm went off twice around 2.30am due to someone smoking, but not hotel managements fault.
