The bed was hard but it was that comfy hard.
Mould on ceiling in bathroom, hole in wall, chunks missing out of the corners of furniture, bathroom floor felt greasy because theyd used too much product when cleaning, room felt cold even with heating on for hours, the views out the windows were the backs of residential housing

The receptionist was nice
The bad smell in the rooms. Also the cleanliness wasnt good enough. We booked on one price and we had to pay almost double because the added parking and offered great breakfast which actually was miserable.

The Location was great.
The room provided at first was smelling cigarette and the corridor toward the room was smelling bad however at my request the room was changed to a better room.

The staff was kind and helpful and the room was quite clean and comfortable.
The hotel is far away from the nearest metro stop and therefore hard to locate and/or travel to and from if one does not have a car.

It was a very reasonable fee to be so close to Paris. It was a bit of a hike to Paris during the day because of that horrible traffic, but it was still worth it. The staff was great, I can't remember names, but the young lady during the day shift, and the young man at night were fantastic.
