The staff was really nice and upgrade our room with a desk and a sofa.
Its proximity to the castle was perfect, the hotel was just a short walk from the castle.
The breakfast was a large all you can eat buffet and very delicious.
Check-in is at 3pm but the morning room service is already knocking at door at 9-10am multiples times.
Phone and roomservice was not working in our room 231, they said they gonna fix it but they did not during our whole stay.
A bottle opener was missing when we arrived in our room.
Fitness and SPA facilities are really small and not so great : 3 machines, two showers, one hammam and one sauna, it is full most of the time...
One shower is also broken (the one with special water effect), warning the floor is really slippery !
The door or the sauna doesn’t seal properly so it doesn't work well.
The hotel restaurant menu is really small and they didn't have the black angus when we asked for it.

This was a beautiful hotel with a great location for visiting the Palace of Versailles. The rooms were spacious, modern and comfortable.
The food in the hotel did not really suit our taste and there were no nearby restaurants.

Minutes walk to the palace. Beautiful hotel with large rooms and very comfortable beds. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a parking garage on site if arriving by car.

Nicely appointed rooms, comfortable beds, good shower. 3 minute walk to the Palace of Versailles. Restaurant & bar on site, serving a good breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Very kind and accommodating staff. There is a luggage area to store luggage before/after checkout.
Nothing- enjoyed this hotel. I’ve stayed here three times now.

The room was large and the bed very comfortable. All the staff is very nice. The restaurant is very good, although rather expensive. The parking is convenient, although it's tight and small and can be full sometimes. The Versailles palace is a 4 minute walk from the hotel.

The location of this hotel is unmatched! A 5 min walk from the palace entrance. The bed was very comfortable, sheets were high quality, room was pristinely clean. Ac only goes down to 22 but that was perfect for us. Bathroom products were luxe (Clarins) and the bathroom itself was spacious.
The lobby is beautiful and feels like a good mix of modern and regal.
Room was smaller than expected with a few signs of wear (a couple scratches on the walls, fraying fabric on the chairs and a dent in the desk) but it didn’t bother us much because we loved the other aspects of our room. The gym needs some updating- the weight machine was broken and they could use a fan in there as it was stifling hot due to it being in the same area as the sauna/ steam room.

It’s super close to the castle and the room is big and comfortable
We ordered some service room because we wanted to eat something warm.. (we previously asked the reception in the check in if they served food after 22:00 and they said yes)… we ordered the pasta and it came iced cold, seems like they just took out of the fridge and served us, when we complained the reception girl just say ok, and gave us the price, it was very frustrating.

excellent location. staff was very friendly and polite.
Rooms look dated. Although we were given a room away from the main road it was next to service door. During the afternoon lot of noise - talking and banging of doors. Couldn't rest at all.
