The breakfast buffet was great, as was the restaurant. The location was very close to the Chateau, within easy walking distance. Everyone was happy to help out with any requests.
The air conditioning was not as cool as I would have liked, but as it was during a heat wave, I was grateful for it.

Breakfast was a huge buffet, very nice. Everyone was happy to help us with directions or calling taxis or recommending places to eat.
The air conditioning wasn't as cool as I like, but we were there during a heat wave, so we were just glad it worked at all.

Very nice, clean, great breakfast. Safe, perfect location. Has a sauna and gammon room which was a very nice option.
The gym was small. Not that I went to Versailles or that hotel for the gym.

Everything was wonderful but I noticed with an experienced eye that furniture in room was worn and brass wrapping art around check in stations was not polished. Small details that indicate a lack of attention or money or care.

Breakfast buffet is not kept in good order. It is not refreshed continuously. For a 4 star hotel, coffee should be fresh, not from a machine.
Laundry service is not available Saturday nor Sunday. I understand Sunday; however for a 4 star hotel, Saturday service should be available.

The Location near the Palace of Versailles, Free steam room, the breakfast was very good.
The rooms are a little bit dated. The water from the tub goes to the floor making it a safety issue. There is not AC on the common areas including the lobby and breakfast room. My car was scratched at the parking under the hotel.

The location was amazing. The hotel was Comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are a decent size.
The spa was not kept up. It is a small space and a lot of people used it.
We noticed a lot of used towels and used paper cups left on the floor. There was no cleaning staff to keep the place clean and sanitary.

Location, parking easy,
Deluxe room too small, not enough space to place bags etc. beds only provide one pillow per person, barman was in a very bad mood..

Waterproof undersheet made me sweat! No long mirror in bedroom. No overhead light in bedroom made seeing in case difficult.

The staff was really nice and upgrade our room with a desk and a sofa.
Its proximity to the castle was perfect, the hotel was just a short walk from the castle.
The breakfast was a large all you can eat buffet and very delicious.
Check-in is at 3pm but the morning room service is already knocking at door at 9-10am multiples times.
Phone and roomservice was not working in our room 231, they said they gonna fix it but they did not during our whole stay.
A bottle opener was missing when we arrived in our room.
Fitness and SPA facilities are really small and not so great : 3 machines, two showers, one hammam and one sauna, it is full most of the time...
One shower is also broken (the one with special water effect), warning the floor is really slippery !
The door or the sauna doesn’t seal properly so it doesn't work well.
The hotel restaurant menu is really small and they didn't have the black angus when we asked for it.
