I’ve been a costumer of this hotel every time we have a regional convention it’s very near in the place where we held it it’s accessible and there is a near grocery shop where I can buy stuffs like foods etc.
Just this last stay there is bad smell coming out from the toilet though the toilet was very clean just the odor and I found out that the exhaust fan is not working

The pungent smell in the room and the lack of any fresh air and the air conditioning wasnt working, it had been turned off at the mains.

When we got there there was no one there to let us in and the machine out side to put the pass in was broke so we had to sleep in the car

Staff were friendly and helpful.
Bathroom door didn't close. Bed was old and had established grooves. Mattress very thin. Breakfast was minimalistic.

A perfectly adequate room with a well functioning shower and toilet plus a comfortable bed, a desk and space to hang clothes. I was very happy to get here in the evenings. At some stage I lost my key card and reception solved the problem without fuss even though it was very late. Very helpful.
The rooms are old and getting worn. Not a problem but don't expect luxury and remember that this the economy end of the market.

Area was clean and tidy. Shops are close by.
Mattress was too hard, and the bed was too low. They should have kettle and tea and coffee in the room for guests. More towels for 2 people, not 1 person.

Not much really.
We booked a triple room, but got a double room. I have written an email to booking.com but have not had an answer. The reception was closed by the time I wanted to ask about my triple room. by the way, reception said to be closed at 21h, but closed already at 20.30. The lady just let us in and said she was about to leave. Bathroomdoor (room 211) didn't close. Bathroom sink was old and plastic was cracked and was not clean. Pillows were horrible hard like stone. It was cold, but there were no extra blankets. Walls so thin we could hear the nextdoor neighbour, having a woman in at night and having sex. Location only functional, lots of traffic sounds. In short, we had a horrible noisy stay and will not ever book premier class again. We stayed in B&B hotel chain too and that was about the same price and 1000x better.
