We liked the location, the room was clean, and had all the needed amenities. The check-in process was smooth even though we came later than the set time on the hotel page.
We would have liked slippers in order for us to walk around in our room, but that wasn't a deal breaker.

The staff is ok, you get the needed information. The room was spacious. It has a sort of a kitchenette, well equipped and ready for current, necessary use. The hotel was relatively well placed from my point of view (a nearby metro line station with direct access to Paris main tourist objectives). Also, a nearby “Intermarche”, perfectly suitable if you plan to spend several days as a tourist and you have no meals at the hotel or a nearby restaurant. They have their own underground parking with plenty of parking spots.
We had a little problem after check-in with the room boiler but their technician promptly solved it. Unfortunately, the elevator didn’t work at all while we stayed there, meaning 3 nights. That was a bit problematic, especially with bags, since the parking lot is at second level underground and we had a second floor room.

Staff was helpful and nice. Location with good connection by bus and metro.. rooms are equipped with necessary items, soundproofing is good.
Although it is clean there was mold in the bath and kitchen. The shower cabin is tiny! The rooms need better light/lamps. There is a smell that is difficult to get rid off..

The only positives were the friendly staff and the convenient location near the convention centre.
Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room was not clean — the floors were especially dirty and there were cobwebs on the wall. There was no air conditioning, and the room was unbearably hot; the fan provided didn’t help much. In the evenings, some strange, often drunk people gathered downstairs, which made me feel uncomfortable

- The place is relatively cheap compared to other places in Paris.
- The staff was nice and good.
- The place was not ideal for stay during summer. We had been provided in the room with a fan that has very low ventilation. We got it only replaced on the last days. Since there is no air conditioning, it was very uncomfortable to sleep even during the night.
- I don't mind having a smell on the hallway but the shower itself is not fully tidy. I saw molds in the bathroom.
- The shower door does not completely close.
- The elevator had a problem in the middle of our stay and was not fixed immediately. It added to our discomfort.

Disappointing
The location of the hotel is extraordinary. It's in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood that felt very safe, with easy access to small local bakeries and supermarkets, easy access and close to metro, bus and train station to go to Paris. The parking area is spacious, and there was a charge of €15 per night.
The hotel staff were consistently kind and helpful, which we truly appreciated.
Unfortunately, when we arrived at the hotel, the elevator from the parking garage was not working. I must highlight that the young woman at the front desk was very kind, apologized sincerely, and even suggested that we leave our luggage at reception to avoid carrying it up the stairs from the basement level (-2).
It also happened that the coffee machine was out of order. Although the hotel staff made coffee using a small electric coffee maker, the coffee would run out quickly.
In our room, the soap dispensers in both the shower and the sink were not working. I removed them from the wall mounts to take off the top lids and access the soap directly, and when I did, I noticed how unpleasantly dirty both dispensers were.
Very unfortunate.

Situated in a quiet residential area but within easy walking of a baker, cafe and supermarket and only 15 mins from the Metro. The room was clean and the small kitchen area means you can be self sufficient with food. All staff very pleasant. It is not luxurious but for the money it is good value. Recommended for a cheap stay in Paris that is only 30 mins by Metro ftom the centre.
All the floor is vinyl, and the bed is not attached to the headboard, meaning that if you try to sit up in bed to read, the bed starts sliding across the floor. Also, there is no waste bin apart from a very small one in the bathroom. The corridor outside the room is poorly lit.

It was in a friendly area and we felt safe the whole time. The apartment was clean and simple, we also had a view of the Eiffel Tower!
The only issue we had was the cupboard was falling off the hinges but we did let reception know about this and they were really kind & helpful!

Everything was super — very clean, comfortable, and just a great experience overall. The hotel exceeded our expectations.
I especially want to mention the wonderful woman who worked in the dining area. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and full of positive energy. She made our mornings brighter and really made us feel welcome.

Really clear instruction for check in outside of reception hours made access easy. Lovely sized apartment/room with plenty of useful facilities even for a short trip. Particularly enjoyed the inclusion of a refrigerator. Only slight downside was the noise from building work being completed throughout the day; but putting that to one side, a nice easy stay with simlle access by public transport.
