Reception is friendly, we have stayed before. Our room was very clean and big with a sitting area and a lovely balcony with chairs. The swimming pool is spotless.

We had a lovely stay here, the owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful. House keeping did our room everyday which is something I was surprised about being only a 3 Star hotel. The location is a little out of the village, so a car is recommended. The hotel is traditional in alpine style, however our room was very spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. The pool facilities were a huge bonus. The breakfast is continental as we expected, it was very fresh and a wide variety of options were available.

Beautiful hotel with great facilities like swimming pool and sauna. Really enjoyed staying here as the people are nice and friendly.
Well, tehre was no snow hahaha. So I went to Chatel which was 45 minutes drive.

Beautiful location, it’s an old large wooden lodge up in the hills. Very friendly couple running the place that let us park our motorbikes in their garage. The grounds are beautifully kept, inside there is a little bar and there is also a surprisingly good swimming pool that we seemed to be the only ones using. The room was comfortable and reminded me of holidays in the 80’s. Quite a small room by modern standards with a shower in the bath rather than the walk in showers expected today but it was all perfectly functional and clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the retro feel. And it wasn’t expensive! By contrast the balcony was huge with Mountain View’s. Restaurants are about a 10 - 15 minute walk through the beautiful surrounds. I’ll definitely be staying again if I need somewhere to stay at the top of the routes des grandes alpes.

The family room consists of two dedicated rooms
Nice view of the mountains
The lady at the reception is super helpful and caring.
Can also recommend the restaurant in the hotel nearby.
Swimming pool and jacuzzi were very nice
The cleaningness of the place should be improved, we noticed dog hair.
As well as certain renovations are needed

The hotel was located about a ½ mile from the center of town, so it was very easy to get up to the little restaurants…
We were coming in the middle of summer and did not know what to do in the area, but it was very close to anything that we did want to do. The lift was working on the weekend, and because we are senior, it was free for us to go up the top of the mountain. My sister is handicapped, but this was very easy for her to access, and they were very helpful and accommodating.
The Wi-Fi was not very good… Dicey, but we were able to get very good Wi-Fi at the tourist center just a little ways away and we could get that anytime, so that was very helpful for some important things we had to do

This hotel is in a beautiful location. The decor was a little dated but did fit the style of hotel. The lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly. My wife and i have stopped in many hotels touring France and we both think this hotel was fantastic value for money and would definitely stay there again.

The skiing element was great with super views across the mountains and down to Lake Geneva.
Breakfast was fresh and nicely presented. €13 per person per day is a bit much though to be fair. No real complaint but just felt too much.

The hotel was everything we hoped it would be and more. We were warmly welcomed by the host at reception, who had taken it upon herself to upgrade us to the suite for my wife's birthday. The hotel itself was warm, inviting and cozy, with direct access to the pool, jacuzzi and sauna area on the lower floor. The accommodation was easy to get to, with plenty available parking and located right next a small market for necessities next door. Coupled with the warm welcome, and the comfortable rooms, this made for a wonderful stay that we would be glad to repeat.

Wonderful
This is a great place to stay if you have a young family who enjoy swimming as the pool area is amazing. The rooms are fairly basic but comfortable and good for a short stay. The owners are very helpful and accommodating.
