The room was ok
Booking need to tell customers they have to give a credit card at reception there is no choice. You can't pay cash for anything you may want. I have had bad experiences leaving credit cards with hotels and don't trust them. The attitude of the staff was very annoying.

Hotel centrally located but easy to find. Staff were always friendly and helpful, and their English was much better than my French. Rooms were modern, clean and well decorated. There was a huge range of hot and cold food for the breakfast buffet The hotel restaurant was open every day (unlike most of the restaurants in St Omer which close on a Monday). Choice of food on the menu was very good. A midday checkout meant we could have a leisurely start to our journey home.
Charging extra for the car-park seems a little penny-pinching.

Outstanding choice and range on offer.Self preparation of eggs and crepes a particular highlight.Staff very attentive and supportive.
The airconditioning in the rooms was set to heat mode- a group policy to prescribe when winter should start?!! As a result the desired temperature of19 degrees was never achieved!!

Put a bed and treats out for our dog. Good for a stop over on the way to the euro tunnel but a little expensive for what it is.

A very well situated hotel for the centre of town with many of the attractions within walking distance. The staff were very helpful and courteous throughout our stay. The meals that we had in the hotel were enjoyed and well presented.
We noticed considerable road noise during the night, and suspect that the roads around the hotel tend to be used as a rat run at specific times of the day and the night.
