The location is great. The apartment is spacious, well lit, fully equipped, the views are spectacular. The restaurant offers wonderful meals.
First of all, the elevator was out of order. Nobody gave us a notice, and I ve never seen anybody trying to fix it in ten days. This was very disappointing. There is the only mirror in the bathroom, half body size. Couldn’t see myself fully and had to go inside the bathroom after putting my shoes on. Very unpleasant. And finally a blackout happened in the first evening of our stay, took a long while to fix the problem, partially because of the agency has no WhatsApp connection, and we had only a e-sim without outgoing calls. The person that welcomed us was only the for showing us inside the house, not for fixing problems. She was very clear that it wasn’t her authority, so we spent the whole evening lifting the fuses and trying to make it work in the darkness. Not to mention that we had to shower in the darkness too. Next day it was fixed but the first impression was ruined.

The very generous space, the spectacular sunsets, the beach nearby, the quaint neighborhood for a fresh morning walk, the crystal clear night sky to gaze stars, the excellent restaurant next door with outstanding service and food, and, its proximity to Mont Saint-Michel, another out-of-time place to stroll and breathe in. It is genuinely hard not to fall in love with France.
The greeting staff has no authority of any sort besides handling over the keys. Anything we asked, she advised that we contacted the agent. There is a beach nearby but there is no extra towels. However, if you contact the agent, they will deliver a huge bags of additional towels. It can be challenging for occupants who do not speak French though.

Balconies with the stunning view at the ocean and the property. Relaxing and beautiful space for a family of 4. We loved every minute in this fantastic suite.
For this high-end property I’d like to add few suggestions to make sure all guests have consistent and superb experience at this property.
1. It took us one hour to complete the extensive check-out checklist.
A) it also made us feel as if we are a free cleaning crew for the money paid for this property: take our all garbage and bring it outside and dispose at the specific location with a pin (which wasn’t provided).
2. Unclear process and slow/no communication re: keys drop-offs and pins #s for keys and garbage location. It resulted in the last minute rush looking tor a property manager to get this information.
3. The property didn’t have additional toilet paper, shower rugs on the floor, and only 1 hair fan in 1 bathroom (other 2 didn’t). We had to contact the property manager to no avail.
The conclusion - please make the process and communication as easy and fast as possible for guests to fill enjoy this phenomenal property without guessing how to check out and how long it would take, ask for things and do less for the money spent to rent this suite.

Beautifully appointed apartment. Modern and spacious. Very clean. Well stocked and everything we needed. Free parking. Lovely outside space - we had a table and chairs overlooking the garden. There is a lovely cove and beach just around the corner. A 10 minute drive to the old town. Excellent. Would come again.
Not cheap - but worth the money in our view.

Location is quiet, no beach area…rocky. Restaurant on premises is definitely worth , modern and sufficient space for 2
The property / apartment was nice , large terrace BUT it was not the property we expected based on the picture on booking.com and also confirmed picture of terrace and sea view on the booking confirmation.
This is misleading and no reaction received from booking.com nor the local agent so far.
Rated overall as good because the apartment was nice, fairly new. We expected a terrace w sea view.

this property is fantastic
parking was at time difficult due to a gastronomic restaurant who is next to the property and the Roches Sculptées tourist attraction on the verge

Spacious for 3 couples, great location, modern clean apartment. Just a few minutes walk to bars, cafes, delicatessen etc. Carole who checked us in was very welcoming, helpful & informative.
Although apartment is for 6 (3 double bedrooms) the equipment wasn’t e.g. there were only 4 wine glasses not 6.

This is a very beautiful apartment in a very nice spot.
The lady who delivered us the keys, Carole, was very kind and friendly.
Many complementary goodies to welcome us.
The Google Maps will take you to the wrong address. Be careful!
Things that I missed: a corkscrew, a sharp knife (we like to peel fruits), a dish washing machine or at least a small sink for the dishes.

Location was superb, minutes walk from the shore, Saint Malo is only 7 minutes by car.
Rooms were spacious and clean, good heating and aircon.
Well equipped kitchen. Can't fault at all
Restaurant on site was very expensive. We chose to eat in StMalo
