Exceptional
We were happy that finally have selected this hotel, located outside of the old city. There were a lot of free parking slots just in front of the hotel, the view is amazing, rooms are much bigger then a standard in France. You need just 20 min to reach the old city, and there is a very pleasant journey along the sea via the beautiful promenade. The hotel is old, with a nice atmosphere. Hitting works well. Staff speak perfect English. Breakfast is served as a buffet, based on local products. We were very pleased to get a bottle of cider during checkout. No doubts- it is very nice place to stay!

Staff were really friendly and helpful with good English. We arrived in the morning and left our bags and in the evening when we returned they were in our room.

Very warm welcoming atmosphere, we felt like home from the very beginning. Okay the room is a little old, but it was super clean the beds are very comfy the view form the balcony is awesome, We loved the breakfast.

It was the best ever experience of hospitality and the most helpful staff in France! We received all information about the surrounding area, including shops, restaurants, walks etc. without even asking. They booked a restaurant for us, helped us with all we needed. Thank you.

We liked the rooms and view
We didn't like about we had to pay extra for tax and also to pay for breakfast , the breakfast should be included on the final price when I made the booking for the first time. Poor breakfast too.Also the beds are not comfortable.

Lovely room, really spacious, lovely spacious balcony with a good view. I also particularly liked the child's room attached to the parents' room. It was very spacious and cosy for my son. Everything was clean. The staff were also very friendly.

Characterful building, very pretty.
Helpful, friendly staff. We had a "small" double room but it was still quite spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Very clean. Good bed!
Close to Old Town, good sea views.
5 mins to ferry terminal.
The only downside was the very limited parking, only 5 spaces plus 1 disabled. Whilst there are lots of charge-free spaces on the street outside, there wasn't a single space available. (Luckily, the manager was leaving shortly after we arrived, so he kindly moved to let us use his space.) That was off-season on a Thursday eve in mid-October, so I imagine parking in the summer months must be a real issue. To be fair, this probably applies to most hotels in the area, not just this one.

The staff was really great - warm and welcoming, and especially helpful and responsive to all requests. We really appreciated their help to get the luggage up the 2 flights of stairs. The location in front of the beach was very good. Really appreciated the free, secure on-site parking. The whole property was clean and well maintained. The room had a very nice and large bathroom.
Stairs only - no elevator to get to upper floors. Small, dark hallways with too many doors. No air conditioning in the room and 2 small windows could not provide enough air flow to cool the room. The sloping room ceiling was also inconvenient.
