The Romany Caravan was lovely, set in a large garden outside the chateau. The bed was comfortable and it was a good size. There was plenty of room inside, tho no storage space. It was peaceful and quiet and we slept well. The inclusive breakfast was served in the chateau and was delicious, including freshly baked pastries from the local area.
The toilet was unusual, with no water but wood chips to cover the contents. This would have been ok if there had been any facilities provided for hand washing but there wasn't even any hand sanitiser (we used our own baby wipes). But the biggest downside was that there was only one washroom provided for anyone sleeping in the grounds (a toilet, shower and sink) but this was located inside the spa and wellness room and if anyone had booked this, the washroom was unavailable. One night we returned at midnight and the spa was locked, which didn't go down well. Another evening we wanted to shower before going out for the night but the spa was in use and we had to wait an hour.

The place is in a good location for getting into Saint Malo and the lodge is quirky if you are into that sort of thing.
Unfortunately when we arrived at the check in time the pool facilities were covered and one of the reasons for choosing the place was to be able to take a dip after cycling all day.
Although the lodge was comfortable and looked clean, with hot shower and flushing toilet sadly after checking out the next day we discovered we'd been severely bitten during the night by bed bugs.
So until this has been dealt with I would recommend different accommodation.

Very historic and stylish home. I Loved our wooden caravan in the tranquil garden and being able to use their swimming pool.
The ‘dry’ toilet is a potty, not an sustainable eco system. Putting human waste into the refuse bin has consequences!

Amazing French chateau setting - very cool to have the caravans in the beautiful grounds, enjoy a lovely breakfast in the drawing room, and make the most of the wonderful 'secret garden' style pool area as part of your stay. Host was very nice and caravan was small but cute!
The outdoor toilet/shower room for caravan guests was perfectly fine but it is quite a basic set-up. Fine as long as you are prepared for it being akin to camping facilities. (Shower was nice and warm.)

First of all - we wanted an adventure, and we've got it - Wagon with cat toilet.
Nice and old manor, big courtyard and park around. Easy to reach, not in the city center, it has own parking and kinda SPA zone...
We read reviews before making our reservation and decided that it's Ok to have shared bathroom in the manor, but we didn't suppose that our "shared bathroom" would be another bio-tent in the park. It was nearly snowy night, +7 degrees. I cannot imagine how any guest would walk through this park from his wagon to the bath-tent and back in such weather.
Host wasn't helpful, he gave us access to the SPA bath in the manor only when we decided to cancel our reservation. It also wasn't warm and welcoming situation at all. He didn't care about his guests and their comfort.
In the morning host invited us for breakfast, and we got not really fresh pastries and surprisingly receipt for that, without beforehand notification.
