Check in and check out is fast
No kettle in room, asking the receptionist but it was advised there is hot water supply in the receptionist area. However when I tried to get a cup of hot water I failed because the lady before me just used up the hot water.it is a bad experience.

Brilliant hotel in brilliant location. Good parking and the rooms are lovely albeit a little small.
Rooms are small - meals in the dining room at night are very small unless you order pizza. Not a bad price though.

The great pool, the gym. Steam room and sauna 6 superb. I enjoyed the buffer breakfast, and the team was great. The pool was superb, and I loved the large steam room with sauna. Unfortunately the location wasn't great. The buses were hard to find. I did like the intermarche closeby. Which was great fun. Lived the free tea and coffee which was freely available. Great room with lovely power shower. Very comfortable bed and great decor.

Disappointing
The hotel room and staff were perfectly okay.
Taking a, so called "Refundable Security Deposit" of Euros 100.00 immediately at check in on arrival on Wednesday 27th. August which still hasn't been credited to my Lloyds Bank account, 2 weeks ago! Why not???
Note;
This experience will put me off using both Kyriad Hotels and Booking.com in future if not rectified in the next few days.

The hotel was very modern and had nice facilities like a laundry room, exercise room, and of course the pool area. The room layout was good and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was large and the sink area had room to put things (unlike many hotels these days).
I had a very bad fall in the pool area, which had a very slippery inclined area with no warning or handrail that you were obliged to go through. The reaction at the reception indicated that this was not the first fall they had experienced there. One staff person was very helpful and attentive but it was really fellow guests who were the most attentive. I was very lucky not to end up in the hospital and yet there was zero follow-up by the hotel. In fact, the morning receptionist was not even aware of the fall. I recommended that they address the slippery area with modifications (grooves to prevent slippage, a sign, a handrail, etc) and the response was that they would look into it. We also noted that the bathroom tile was slippery when wet.

A long walk from town!
Poor directions for the bus ? - but staff happily booked a taxi for us after the first night - and their recommendation for taxi was great!

Everything was great. The room was large and clean. The beds were comfortable. The pillows were comfortable. The pool and spa area were wonderful and so nice to have at the end of a long day of sightseeing. and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were kind. The parking was great.
The location is good if you have transportation, but otherwise you would need to find some transportation to the old city. We need this in advance and we had a rental car and that’s why we chose the hotel.

Very clean, modern property. Good-sized bathroom, smallish room. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Coffee and tea available in the lobby. We did not use the pool. Fitness centre had 3 pieces of equipment (no weights). Secure parking. Across the street from groceries, laundromat and petrol station. Easy access in and out of town.
We had a room on the ground floor and were able to unload our motorcycle luggage through the open window, but the two access doors on that side of the building are emergency exits only, so you have to walk all the way around to get into the hotel. Also, there appears to be a guest laundry room, but there is no guest laundry. Too bad as there are very few hotels that offer that much needed amenity. A long walk to historic centre, but there appeared to be quite a few business guests.

Ample parking and pool facility was excellent. Breakfast was very good and room overall was fab size of a family.
No facility to make tea or coffee in the room, however coffee machine / water and tea facility available 24/7 at reception so not an issue just a NB.
