Wonderful
The location is absolutely top notch, just few steps from the awesome ocean side stroll and in a lovely residential area just few minutes from old town.
The place is cute and very clean, bed super comfortable! Parking is easy (at least in low season).

Nice place, quite near the beach, top roof and quiet. Many facilities.
Heating is quite minimal when it's outside cold and damp. / Getting the key: someone would meet me, but on the day of arrival I got several emails,, not very clear. And it turned out, that I had to walk to an address, enter code for entrance and another to get the key. Not very nice. / And you get so many prompts before and during the stay: email, qr codes, etc. that one loses track. / And at the end you get a warning: how to leave the apartment, what to do with the heating, where to leave bottles etc etc with a warning that they may fine you if you do not comply. Pfff.....

Great location -within walking distance from the train station & close to the beach, the kitchen had all the utensils that we needed, nice bathroom. The apartment was clean and spacious, and came with all facilities that one could need.
The fridge was not working.

Disappointing
the apartment is spacious and the position is convenient to visit St Malo with many free parking around.
The thing I disliked the most was dealing with the company that handles the apartment. To begin with, they refused the payment through booking and wanted us to pay by card on their website, which was deemed unsafe by my card... that's a bit fishy. To do anything you have to go through a registration online which takes a lot of time, plus if you need to talk to them in case of problems you have to call and insert booking registrations and you always end up talking with somebody else and they say different things. On top of that, now they are spamming me to book other locations of theirs outside Booking.
The apartment is a bit old, there aren't many power outlets.
The window of the balcony doesn't close, it's just the first floor so it's a bit unsafe.

Beautiful and complete appartment. It had everything we needed: well equipped kitchen, very confortable.bed, free parking behind or in front of the building, privacy and peace. It is almost in front of the beach, so, although it is not so close to the walled city, it was a great pleasure to walk there, seeing the vast sea, long and wide beaches, hearing the waves... we would definetely stay here again
I and my wife couldn't adjust the position of the shower. So we had to shower holding the hose. But it's a really nice bathroom. I suggest just fixing this.
