Exceptional
We stayed here as a small group and it was perfect for our needs. Ker Annick has a small parking lot just across the street and it was easy to find a place to park, even in August. The walk to the walled city took about 20-25 minutes. There was probably a bus too, but walking was just as easy because it was a straight shot up the road. The hotel was spotless and the internet worked well. There were several restaurants, etc. in the vicinity, which was very convenient. If you aren't planning to stay intra muros, this is a very reasonable alternative.
Everything was great, except maybe the staircase, and that's my fault for having a heavy suitcase. But just be aware that there is no elevator.

Location. The hotel is located on a small street with plenty parking space. It is close to the old city.
The bed was a bit small and not so comfortable. The stairs are steep, so this may be difficalt fir some people.

It's a great location if you need a stop before grabbing a train to Paris. It's clean and the staff was very helpful given that we arrived past check-in time
It's very basic, the room we had was very small. Everything felt a bit 80s.

Pleasant location, nearby parking available. Good nights sleep in comfortable beds.
Dated fixtures and fittings, showing signs of age so less enjoyable surroundings than more recently decorated places. That said reasonable price and very clean.
