The location was great and the staff was lovely.
I didn't like having to share toilets and shower and there was all ways a strong smell of cigarets.

Booked a room with a private toilet - turns out that their definition of a private toilet is the same general toilet in the passage that everyone uses. Not what I paid for! Their advertising on Booking.com is definitely misleading, and should not be allowed!

Location.
The pillows were non-existent
Even doubled over, they were wafer thin. Did not make for a comfortable night's sleep. The mattress was also extremely hard, but that's just our opinion. Others may like it hard.
