Excellent location for the ferry terminal in St Malo. The secure parking in the courtyard, restaurants options nearby and supermarket within walking distance. The communication with the hotel was excellent and the staff are friendly and went out of thier way to facilitate us during our stay. The inter-conneting rooms are great for families, they were clean and contained everything we required.

Breakfast was very good and staff most helpful and attentive. Pretty old house.
Breakfast room was a little crowded as the hotel was full. Pity the house is surrounded by retail units but that's only to be expected in such an area. It was not noisy.

The hotel room was suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. We had plenty of tea/coffee and water in the room. Best part of the stay though was the friendly welcome we received in the morning, we arrived very late. The breakfast was delicious and they were happy to accommodate needs.
Arrived late and there were not many signs as to where we were meant to go to retrieve the key, this could have been down to tiredness from travelling.

The hotel's location is superb, and the staff was very accommodating as they walked me to my room. They provided free wifi, and though the bathroom size was a bit small, it was still functional. Likewise, the car park was also on the smaller side, but the facilities were more than adequate, and the cleanliness was commendable. It's worth noting that extra parking spaces are available right outside the hotel.
