Everything was fine. Quiet, clean, comfortable. Staff very nice.

Wierd layout, malfunction of a lamp. Upon arrival to the room I started sneezing so bad that my conclusion was it was not dusted for a long time.

Clean, all mod cons and amazing position, just next to seaside and 5 mins walk from old town. Staff very helpful.
I booked it as it advertised parking. However it had 10 spaces for 25 rooms meaning (I think) that you need to reserve these in advance. We didn’t realize that and the spaces were all in use. It was August in a prime tourist location so it took me 30 mins driving around busy streets to find somewhere to park the car- was a bit stressful!

The property is very close to the old town. The room is nice and clean. There is indoor garage with a fee, convenient for those who drive.
The breakfast is expensive so we didn’t eat there.

Nice decor and comfortable. Everything we needed and the kitchenette was nice to have. The terrace was spacious and wonderful view of the beach. A baby cot was already set up for us when we arrived. Nice breakfast spread. Great location - Across the street from Sillon Beach and just a short walk to intramuros
Parking was full when arrived, but we found free street parking close by.
We got two rooms, but they were on separate floors (the family size rooms are all on the same level - a plus but also a bit noisy at times)...not a deal breaker, would absolutely return.

Wonderful
Everything was great. The suite was comfortable and perfect for our little family of 4. The bathroom was spacious. We had 2 balconies, one with a partial sea view. The bed was comfortable and king-size. The ac was great too. The little kitchenette was handy. Perfect location for the ferry and an easy walk into the walled town.
Nothing.. well the fact we couldn't stay longer.

The location is great and definitely the main asset. The hotel is very cozy, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast had good options, and the staff was helpful.
Street parking was easily found both days nearby.
The dinner options were tasty and the kitchenette convenient.
The sofa bed was ok with two young kids but would definitely be uncomfortable for bigger kids. And once open it's hard to reorganize the room furniture (a table and 2 bulky chairs) especially knowing that there is one little cupboard available for a room of four people so the suitcases need to stay opened on the floor.
The coffee (cappuccino) at breakfast needs to be improved.

We stayed for 4 nights with 2 semi adult children in the Privilege suite. The suite was super nice and spacious with a very comfortable bed, nice bathroom with large fluffy towels, a large balcony (no sea view however), a living area with a small kitchen in a cupboard and couch that served as bed for the kids. I wouldn’t recommend the sleeping couch for full grown adults, it was just ok for our kids. It was nice to have aircon in the room as we stayed in July. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast once at the hotel as there are many breakfast options in the area. The breakfast from the hotel was simple but fine.
The location of the hotel is excellent: right opposite the beach and a 5 minute walk to the walled city center. They also have their own parking spaces (at extra cost) accessible from the hotel.
All in all we had a very nice stay at this hotel!
The sleeper couch for our young adults was not as comfortable as we had hoped for (but still acceptable). Other than this everything was great!

Easily walkable to all the best sites in Saint Malo, our family of four fit comfortably into their large family room. Everything felt new, clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered something for everyone. The friendly service was also appreciated and made it feel like a family owned resort. With a lot of lodging options in the city, it’s hard to believe there are many options better than this one.

This is a well refurbished hotel, with attention to detail. Good sound insulation. Staff very attentive and engaged.
OK, position is not the strongest assest, but is not bad either. Old town anyway does not sport many hotes of this quality.
