Location
Being charged euro 30 for 2 coffee. We did not want breakfast asked for coffee and told yes thats fine. Then insisted on euro 30. Reminded him of request for coffee only. Absolutely disgraceful. There should be lighter options, charged at appropriate rate.

Breakfast served from 0630, amd good value. Meant I could catch a train at a sensible time for a day out. The rooms are adequate sizes, the bathrooms clean and well ventilated. All the staff were unfailingly polite and helpful.
My room was third floor front. This meant cigarette fumes found their way into the room unless the window was kept sealed shut. I did mention this to receptionist, but there were no alternative rooms.

Location was very good
Band downstairs started playing at 1150pm. Wed been travelling with young kids for 13 hours and were exhausted, and had to leave relatively early the next day. Band played until after 2am. It was awful. So noisy. We had hardly any sleep and were absolutely exhausted the following day. The band werent part of the hotel but were in a bar in the same building. Terrible stay.

Location is excellent, the bar interesting and breakfast was good.
Pillows flat and uncomfortable, initially only three for two people. Bath towels very small and could do with being replaced.
