Location was literally great, it was just in the center and very easy to find, people there were very friendly. We arrived at the morning (check-in is at 15:00) and they proposed we leave luggage in the luggage room so we can see the city without all this weight.
The room was small, but very cozy. We also had a balcony with an amazing view of the city. It was such a magnificent morning <3
Breakfast was good. It definitely exceeded my expectations. The choice wasn't enormous, but I'm sure that everyone would find something suitable. Moreover, everything was really tasty there, especially their specialty - Salted Butter Caramel.
Overall I do recommend this hotel! If I visit this incredibly beautiful city again, I'd definitely choose this hotel.

Great location! The reception desk was pleasant and helpful. This is a good stay.
I am not a fan of carpet and rhe headboard is some sort of fabric that I also wasnt as fan of as it reminded .e of carpet.

Way too noisy -got no sleep as opposite bars that stay open until about 3am every night. Construction happening next door so that noise starts at 7 am.

This hotel is exceptionally well located has everything you need and the staff are extremely friendly unhelpful we had to leave early and it was no trouble to prepare and nearly breakfast with coffee and they even arranged our Taxis in advance.

Wonderful
super nice host - got us a taxi during a very difficult time. Hotel was beautifully appointed and a fabulous breakfast was ready for us at 6:00 - what a beautiful spread. The only reason it got a 9 for facilities was that the room was very, very small but very nice. I also liked that there was someone there 24/7

Breakfast was delicious. The room itself was quite nice.
We were on the first floor and felt as though we could hear everything in our room. There was no white noise provided ( fans or A/C) to help combat the noise which was ongoing. Until after 12 pm and as early as 5 am. The room was warm and it made it difficult to sleep, fans or A/C would have helped.

Ideal location, great breakfast, very friendly staff, very comfortable beds, great water pressure, surprisingly quiet. Sort of bare bones, no frills rooms, but it was perfect for us.
Several assorted maintenance issues. For instance, the white window covering on one of our windows was broken before we checked in so we had to leave the blackout curtain shut or have the people on the steps see straight into the room. Also, that same window’s vent (handle up) open setting was broken. Also, there was a weird stain (blood?) on our bathroom door that never got cleaned. Also, the WiFi didn’t work consistently in our room (constantly dropped). Lastly, there were no washcloths provided, which would’ve been nice.

Prime location, stylish decor, comfortable room, good breakfast, and particularly friendly and good-humored staff. It's hard to imagine a better option for staying the Intra Muros section of St-Malo.
