The amenities, the views, the restaurants and the breakfast were all amazing. A beautiful hotel we’ll definitely be returning to if we’re ever in the area.
The rooms are a little outdated (old tv, old carpet, old and confusing shower) other than that, it was very clean and comfortable, just a little below what os expected of a 5 star hotel.

Our stay at Grand Hôtel Des Thermes was a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional, ensuring a seamless experience. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking ocean views—waking up to the sound of the waves was truly special. The spa and thalassotherapy facilities were exceptional, with seawater pools, a hammam, and rejuvenating treatments that made for a deeply relaxing escape. Dining at the hotel was another highlight, offering fresh, locally sourced cuisine with exquisite seafood dishes and excellent wine pairings. The service throughout our stay was impeccable—attentive yet discreet. The hotel’s beachfront location made it perfect for peaceful walks and exploring the surrounding area. If you’re looking for a luxurious and rejuvenating getaway, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

Location, the amenities (restaurants, pools, sauna, hammam, workout room,etc.). The breakfast is good. The staff are great.
The restaurants are overpriced for what you get. The Christmas Eve fixed menu was nicely packaged, presented and serviced but it was quite mediocre in terms of quality for the price (expensive and did not include wine). The bathroom had a combo tub and shower. When using the shower, a good amount of flooding on the bathroom floor occurred due to the insufficient glass barrier/separation to enclose the shower water and was a mess to clean up. The body gel dispenser was empty and bothersome to discover it last minute. The separate toilet room was a nice feature but there was insufficient or no aeration supplied.

Incredible hospitality, the staff were the pinnacle of helpful and friendly. Beautiful building, nice rooms. Breakfast with ocean view.

The position on the beach front was great and the staff were excellent
The hotel price did not include the spa usage which was another 42 euro a day each! The gym didnt open until 9am when most people use the gym early. The food in the vestiere restaurant was very poor for france. It was like a canteen atmosphere. Bearing in mind this is a five star hotel we would expect a lot better. The other restaurant was fully booked so we couldnt even try that. Wed advise eating in st malo itself if you dont mind the 1 mile walk. Much better quality and value for money. Wouldnt stay here again..
