Disappointing
Staff were fine
We had what was called a deluxe twin, but the layout was awful. The toilet/bathroom door was right next to one of the beds which meant being disturbed by partner going to said toilet.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They booked us a taxi for the following morning and let us leave our luggage for a couple of days even though we werent staying again at the hotel.

location is excellent, although difficult to find my GPS. Once you are there and you have reserved parking, the old town in on the doorstep. lots of streets to walk about, plenty of restaurants.
Room is a little small.

The rooms were very spacious compared to other hotels weve stayed in. Very modern . The location was excellent
The breakfast was quite limited in selection for a hotel chain and there was no toaster. Otherwise it was okay

Location and especially parking with electric charge point. Staff exceptionally welcoming and charming. Both dinner and breakfast were very good Thankyou.
Nothing! Oh perhaps a couple more tea bags and milk please although Im sure we only had to ask.

Pretty much everything. The service from booking to check out was excellent. Relaxed but on it and helpful. The suite was perfect for travelling with two young children and the terrace really lovely. A surprisingly good little stay. Will be back :)

Loved the terrace and the size of the suite. the location was wonderful, close to the cathedral and all the amenities. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful.
