The breakfast was very nice.
Our Room ie 509 was understandably small but the fact that the sloping ceiling etc was a very disappointing experience. Also your website had the bedroom looking out towards the sea and this room had not any/even the least amount of Sea views. So your website site photos are most deceptive.

Great location, a bit of a walk to the shops and restaurants, but if you enjoy a bit of walk, perfect. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Great location close to the beach and a 15min walk to old town. Also close to the ferry terminal which is why we selected it.
It didnt feel particularly welcoming. I was told by the receptionist at checkin that I was lying about reserving a parking space, after a few back and forths he decided to actually check whether I had reserved - turns out I wasnt lying! No apology was offered. An odd approach to hospitality and not a great first impression at checkin.
We had whats advertised as a family room on Booking.com, which has a bedroom on the mezzanine with twin beds intended for children. The stairs to the mezzanine are so steep you cant leave your kids to sleep up there alone - it should really come with a caution for minimum child age, or a method for shutting the stairs off as its a real potential for injury. Perfectly good room for adults though!
