Arriving after dark and no concierge, it was great to have a readily understandable Q code to follow plus staff on phone to provide entry code and room number. Also grateful that staff were flexible when our ferry was delayed by 24 hours. Great breakfast!!
The heating: lovely to be warm on arrival, but not to be in a sauna throughout the night. We had to open the window - wide - to be cool enough to sleep, which is not very sustainable.

the bathroom door very small, needs a sign do not bang the head when you coming out lol for hot water you will need to wait a bit, but not a big issue GPS will take you a road before, but still in the area. maybe a bigger table in the room will be nice to have

Perfect location,extremely quiet area but still close to the town.Supermarkets in 3 minutes drive.The room was spacious, clean ,warm, comfortable, plenty of towels, comfortable bed, lovely staffs and customer service.St Malo port is about 10 minutes drive.We loved this place and will stay there again when passing the area.Very good value too.

A great place to stop overnight. Out of town, but close for the ferry and to explore the wonderful Saint Malo Intra Muros. Wonderfully friendly.dly staff, helpful and kind.

Staff are friendly and caring. We stayed at the ground-level accessible to the back Terrence, where we are allowed to park our car. It was very convenient to bypass the front lobby and bring our dog (Golden retriever) to the outside, open space. He enjoyed a special day, running around away from Paris.

Great location, clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Breakfast excellent value. Very comfortable stay.
Some damp in bathroom area and room was quite warm. Kettle was tricky to plug in due to location of sockets and length of cable.

Staff very friendly -rooms clean and quiet - good parking and easy for morning ferry
We were given a disabled room and we did not request one.Bathroom sink very low for us .Headboard on bed needs fixing to the wall.
