Wonderful, far above expectations for a French breakfast.
A slightly bigger room, but this did not detract from the experience, I will ask for a larger room next visit and there will be a next visit!

My husband and I were in awe of the hotel’s history and authentic architecture! The grounds were gorgeous for a leisurely morning walk. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately the restaurant/kitchen on site was closed during our one night stay so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy an unforgettable supper experience.

Everything and everyone at the Chateau was actually lovely- the grounds are beautiful, the people are friendly, helpful, welcoming and just plain delightful, the room is charming, bed super comfortable. The evening meal was superb on every level, and the breakfast had any variety of food you could want. And a great coffee machine! We will return!!!

Well renovated old chateau with surrounding territory. Very quite and relaxing. Rooms kept in the old style but yet very comfortable. Very nice breakfast, diner a la carte for separate price available.

A lovely country location, Staff were very friendly and helpful, Breakfast was good, the Chateau is in need of a little TLC and the gardens also need attention
We stayed 1 night before our early morning ferry and it was more than adequate
Not much to do there as its very remote / No pool

The Manager makes it. Attention to detail is his mantra and so welcoming. Both breakfast and dinner perfect...... and there are even red squirrels in the grounds.
The building is tired but that somehow does not matter.

Owner was exceptionally friendly. Restaurant was good. Grounds were very attractive.
Our room was very small and tired. Exceptionally small, shabby bath room. Room didn’t match pictures on website. Restaurant only has 5 tables, so be sure to reserve in advance if you want to dine there for dinner.
