Calm place. Kind staff. Nice breakfast.
No fridge, no microwave in the room. (Only a shared microwave is in the hallway.)

Clean, cosy, good breakfast
Spa is utopic - apparently very small to accommodate all guests, so you have to book in advance. We arrived around 16:00 (check in possible from 15:00), the spa was fully booked until next day 11:30 (after check-out hour), so impossible for one night guests to go to spa. 4 stars facilities missing (it is a good 3 stars hotel).

Loved the free parking! But the exchange was a hotel 15 mins outside main city center. The decor was somewhat modern. The wellness center was a nice touch.
Staff could be friendlier. They were not rude but just non-expressive. Also, cannot control the heat above 22.

Beautiful building. Friendly staff
The food was heated in a microwave. Three of four plates had to be sent back as they were chicken dishes and only lukewarm. To expensive for what it was. Breakfast was just ok. Cooked foods not great.

We stayed in the family suite. It was very comfortable and sufficiently spacious for our family of 4, including 2 teenagers. The decoration was kind of retro, but still charming, and comfortable. Of all the places we stayed on our trip, this was our favorite. Breakfast was great too.
There was no fridge in the room. The location is kind of in the industrial zone outside of St Malo. But we managed to drive and park in St Malo. And at least there was a choice of food places nearby if we didn't feel like going to the city.

The hotel uses lots of recycling materials, without making it feel cheap or ugly at all. Kudos to that! The main bed in our family room was very comfortable, although the mini beds were not.
AC in the room although we didn’t need to use it.
Wish there is a usb-c port in the hotel. Breakfast supply can be slow when it gets busy on the weekend.

The booking portal was hacked and I received many WhatsApp messages asking me to submit my credit card info for a “confirmation of booking”. I reached out to the hotel to ask what was going on and they said they were hacked. But they should have reached out to us not the other way around!!
Other than that, the shower door was broken, there was no fridge in the room, there was no WiFi in our room and overall it was too expensive and too far from the city to make it worth it whatsoever. Would not stay again.

Pay attention to the bathroom and book after you make sure it is what you want.
The breakfast is very delicious, the room is spacious and very clean, The whole Hotel is clean and the parking is large.
The bathroom is horrible, the idea that the architect thought that having this type of windows in a hotel room is still astonishing. Did you ever consider that there are families like maybe an elderly father with his daughter or a teenager with his mother... The mirrors in the bathroom are very high so if you have a teenager that wants to dry is hair... not possible.

Breakfast was nice and fresh ,we even had a picnic made for an early start.
Staff were excellent. Parking was safe as on a motorbike.
