Perfectly adequate. Clean room and parking, close to the old city etc. Kids loved the split level room.

Ideal stopping off point before catching our ferry home. Straightforward with helpful staff (via the intercom). Clean and well appointed room with cool mezzanine that the kids found really exciting. That's it!
The code didn't work when we arrived so had to buzz the intercom. Very polite member of staff (who spoke excellent English) sorted it all out though. No other issues that spring to mind. All good. Keep typing?

Breakfast was good and reasonably priced.
No reception - only a machine to check in. Tiny room, steep unsafe stairway in the room, squeaky bathroom door, creaky stairs, minimal amenities.

Good location close to St Malo ferry, supermarket right outside and easy access to restaurants. Basic but adequate for one night. Breakfast was basic continental style with pastries, yoghurt, coffee etc, for a fair price, especially as no where else is open early on Sunday morning and was much better than the ferry breakfast! It was adequate but we would probably pay a bit more for a more comfortable place next time
We asked for a quiet room but we're on the ground floor right next to the public car park and metal stairs to upper floors, it was very noisy with people standing outside smoking on and off all night. Walls are very thin between other rooms... No air con and opening window on ground floor is not advisable, in hot weather it would not be ideal

Good breakfast with wide choice of options. Close to supermarket. Easy to find.
Noisy road next to hotel. We requested a quiet room, but appear to have the noisiest as was on corner next to road. Car parking not enclosed so not secure, although there are cameras. Not possible to control heat in room - no controls. Could not open window because of noise. TV did not offer choice to change language VO on programmes made in USA or UK. Large bed was 2 mattresses placed on a board on top of a smaller base. The edges of the mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable.

Breakfast a complete Rip off, OK if its just an over night stay for the ferry but I'm sure there are better Hotels, had to book last minute !

It was a trial to get in as there was no reception and it was a trial to do it yourself and get in. The location was nosy and the room was basic and small.
Getting in the room was a trial. Getting the wifi is a long process and a bit old fashioned.

The property was in a good area for us convenient for our needs.
Generally the room was very good until we got into the bed and found the bed sheets were not the right size for the bed they were not tucked in at the sides Therefore when I turned over in my sleep I woke up lying on the mattress which was badly soiled. This is not what I expect from a B&B hotel.
