Really great value hotel with friendly staff. Close to ferry port so handy for staying over before sailing.
Very small and cramped. Very close to noisy road. Area felt a little unsafe.

This is a typical French chain 'budget' hotel which doesn't aim to be much more than the minimum. The staff were friendly and helpful and the parking was plentiful which were the only real pluses. There was a large supermarket right next door.
For what it is this place was expensive. The room was very small and the bathroom small as well. Apart from the supermarket next door there is nothing else nearby really. This, like many of these hotels, is only for those with a vehicle. Given the isolation a fridge in the room would have been a real bonus and would have made the value calculus better. Further, all these chain places don't have AC and opening the window inwards to manage the temerature is not ideal as it takes up loads of space in the room.

It is not a hotel. It's a self checking place where some staff was available only during certain hours. Being listed as hotel I assumed that they would have at least one person available to accept the package - I had to ship a new cc. Only available a few hours a day. Too far from ferry and town if you are leaving very early in the morning and especially on holidays.

Free parking lots, easy check in by entering name booking code. Comfy beds.
Lack of amenities such as water kettle in the room. Our room door couldn't lock from inside or outside at all, no response when we tried to contact through Booking or phone call. Location is quite further away from the walled city.

Got charged twice for breakfast and the receptionist refused to help and was rude. No toilet roll in the room and no staff to request some. Bath towels had stains on
