Staff in the front desk were very friendly on arrival
Renovations are currently going on, and sounded like some one was sanding the ceiling directly below us, starting at 0830 Saturday morning. Apparently breakfast is the time that is best to clean and hover that area. Staff were cold one was outright rude and saw them shout at another guest who was apparently waiting for eggs. And saw them give up waiting in the end. After being told gluten free options were available before arrival. When requested the gluten free rolls arrived still frozen. When this was highlighted they were dumped on the side and nothing futher was done. So we also gave up on the option of bread too.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I was staying with my 6 year old son and I felt safe staying here with him.
The only very small gripe was they didn’t have English breakfast tea at breakfast time.

Booked parking, arrived and it was full, told to "drive about until you find somewhere" .... Not so professional really.

Location; comfort; facilities; good memories.
We were disappointed that no food was available, other than breakfasts.
Also, we stayed there so that we could attend the final rugby match of the 2025 Six Nations tournament. However, we did not experience any of the city’s excitement at our hotel, as France became this year’s champions! Indeed, we had to watch motor cycling throughout our stay on the large TV screen in the lounge bar and even though we asked staff if they might change channels, they were unwilling to do so.

The breakfast was in my opinion very basic and I was surprised that the chef charged 5 euro extra if I wanted a fried egg.

Convenient to go to the stadium.
It took a very long time to check in. Whilst the staff were friendly, the way it was run was very inefficient and slow.
