Very Good
Friendly staff, good restaurant, easy to get to with onsite parking & easy walking distance to the old city. My dog was welcomed in all areas of the hotel including the restaurant. I used the hotel as a stop over en route between desitination's and it met my needs very well.
The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable but lacked character however as a stop over it was perfectly fine & I would use again in the same circumstances.

The aspect that made the hotel Superb was the staff; in particular the concierge who checked us in, very kindly resolved our parking issues and informed us about Rouen. Regretfully, we can't remember his name, however we wish him luck in the Manchester marathon!
The room itself was fine and the facilities met our expectations. With regards to the location, it's an easy, short walk into the old areas of the City; well worth exploring.

Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very welcoming and spoke great english.
Bit tired looking decor and the restaurant had stopped serving when we arrived at 9pm, which meant we didn't get a proper meal that evening.

Most staff were friendly and helpful
The hotel had been refurbished since our previous stay, we found this disappointing as a lot of the speciality decorations had been taken away and replaced with basic colours and it has become more minimalistic. The whole time we stayed, 4 nights, only one lift worked and we waited a considerable time each time we used it due to hotel staff using this during cleaning times, they were apologetic and it wasn't their fault. Also on arrival the hotel had no running water for the first few hours and after a long journey we would have preferred to be able to use our bathroom and have a drink.
In areas of the room, where new fixtures had been added, this looked very poor as the decoration had not been corrected, such as bathroom soap dispensers, you could see where it had been replaced and bare plaster underneath it. Also the shower surroundings had peeling paint and it just made you feel unimportant.
It is such a shame because previously we felt the hotel was quite classy. We will not visit again, sadly it has ruined it for us.

Location perfect , good size rooms, good air conditioning, onsite parking , excellent breakfast with gluten free and alternative milks.
Car parking is for medium to small cars and this time problems with car park parking EV charging ( however good charger option 2 min drive down the road) . Car parking is €0.80c per hour

The hotel is close to the city centre, the main points can be reached in about 10-15 mins on foot. The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly.
Parking is available for a fair price
The lift was too slow and one of them was broken. But our room was just one floor above so we could use stairs easily.
Parking places are a bit small, but there was still enough places.
