Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Good location without being in the very centre.
Facilities in room were basic. No kettle and limited supply of drinks. EV charging was complicated as one was not functioning but staff didn’t know which.
Noisy room above but staff responded well when told.

I chose this hotel specifically because it advertised EV charging. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
First, only one of the two charging stations was working, which is simply not enough for such a large hotel with hundreds of parking spaces.
What makes the situation even worse is that the charging cable is not permanently attached to the charger. Guests must borrow a special charging cable from the hotel by leaving a €500 deposit. Despite this, there is no proper management of the charging facilities.
The charging spaces were occupied by cars that remained there for hours without charging or making any effort to let other guests know when the charger would become available. The hotel appears to have no system or policy to manage charger usage or encourage basic courtesy among guests.
This is unacceptable. I deliberately chose this hotel over other options in the area because of the advertised EV charging facilities, and they did not meet even basic expectations.
Because of this experience, I will not stay at this hotel again, and I cannot recommend this hotel to other electric vehicle owners. The hotel should take this issue much more seriously and show greater respect for all its guests.

Great location, easy access into and out of the city and to the city centre. Spacious room comfortable bed and good aircon. Useful car park

Easy location to find by car, easy walking to cathedral.

Close to the lovely city centre. Walkable in 10 minutes. Quiet and comfortable room. Good facilities. It is dog friendly.
Underground parking was very tight and hard to manoeuvre in a full size SUV. It was good to have parking onsite. Only one lift was working so it was very slow. We tended to use the stairs.
