Pleasant
Nice bed. Central location, like 10-15 minute walk to the center of Rouen. Breakfast was very good as well.
Specifically pre-booked a room with a bathtub, but got a room with just a shower. The reception was very kind and changed my room, so I got my bathtub in the end. The only problem was, the plug didn’t hold… so basically all the water just ran down the drain immediately haha. Not a very relaxing bath moment. But offcourse there are bigger problems in the world!
Also, the rooms were pretty basic. For the pretty hefty price it was a bit dissapointing. But it was clean and comfortable.. so in the end it was okay.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The guy who booked us in was very nice
My husband and I have stayed at the hotel several times before because the location is really good.
We had breakfast, which there isl loads of choices..
I would recommend this hotel
The coffee at breakfast could have been a little bit warmer Apart from that I think the hotel is perfect

Super friendly and helpful staff. Lovely restaurant and bar. Great that they accepted dogs!
Only criticism was the baby cot. Very old fashioned and actually unsafe as the sides are stretchy and our baby managed to wedge themselves between the mattress and cot side. We’ll feed this back to the hotel and hopefully they remove these from the hotel.

Excellent quality stay in a Mercure hotel which really flies the flag for the brand. From arrival to departure, the staff were brilliant, particularly those on the reception desk. The room was spacious and very well-appointed. Dinner was really good and was pretty creative. Breakfast was fantastic. The convenient parking arrangement for us was very good.(My wife has considerable walking difficulties and we were able to use the adjacent accessible parking.)
Nothing.

Good location, nice and clean, helpful staff. Nice breakfast.
Wifi blocked my Amazon fire stick. I used my phone instead. A mean little trick in this day and age.

Breakfast was much more choice-originated. The staff were exemplary and respected my communication in French using English where it aided understanding. Ancillary staff as always excellent

Very Good
The hotel had parking underground which was convenient and it was a 15 minute walk into the old town. Our privilege room was very large and comfortable.
Noise of what I presume were scraping of chairs on the floor above us or a cleaning supplies room but it went quiet after 10 pm.
